I called expecting to wait a couple of days or weeks to have service but I was pleasantly surprised to have same day service. Jerry was very nice and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The garage door is over 6 years old so all the moving parts were replaced with new ones. Took Jerry about 45 minutes to do everything. I am a very happy customer and if I need other work done on my garage door, I will use your company again. Thank you.

The decision to use your business was based on everything that was mentioned in your ad and the fact that I had no confidence in previous repairs done to our garage door. I was especially happy with the quick turnaround from the time I placed the service call. Jerry was the technician and he was absolutely fantastic. When he arrived he immediately assessed the problem and made appropriate recommendations. He was very professional and efficient. I will definitely recommend your company to others. I found Precision online and seen that they were rated 5 stars so I decided to give them a call. One of the springs on my garage broke. Jerry (the Technician)knew exactly what happened to cause the spring to break and explained it to me. He quickly made the repairs. Thanks for a job well done.

We found out about Precision on Angie's List. It was a Big Deal for a garage door inspection and roller replacement. Jerry came out and inspected the door and informed us that the spring was on its last leg. Our opener was also very loud - it shook the room above it. Jerry inspected it and said there was really not much that could be done to quiet it down. Jerry answered all of my questions - he never pressured me to do anything. I had him replace the spring and also install a new opener. He was very professional and did the work very quickly. Precision has a great warranty on their service and products. I would use them again with no hesitation.

Needed a new garage door opener. Was referred by home warranty company, but was very thrilled with the excellent customer service and skill of the technician. Joe was fantastic, and made sure to replace our opener with the very best! He was even willing to come out and install on a late Friday evening so that we wouldn't have to go through the weekend without a functioning opener! I give Joe and Precision an A+!

The technician was able to get to my house earlier than expected and he did a great job. This man was extremely professional and knew his business. He diagnosed the problems with the spring assembly and the door as well as the opener and fixed everything in under an hour. The door now works better and quieter than it ever did.
