They had someone out the same day I called. They guy was very knowledgeable about garage doors and knew exactly what the problem was with brief details about what was happening to it.. jerry gave me a run down on what needed to be down and different options.. He took the time to show me how to maintain the doors.. I would highly recommend jerry. He was in and out very quickly

Excellent service. Joe and his helper installed 2 new openers and had them replace the springs on both doors. Both of the men were very knowledgeable and perfessional. The products they installed are as good as their service. I like the fact you receive an email for time confirmation and with a photo and history of the serviceman who will be coming. That is a great factor which gives the home owner a good sense of safety. Enjoyed talking with Joe about his service to America on the USS Kittyhawk after they finished the job. Great company, great service, great products. And the young girl at the call center did an excellent job also. Perfessional from start to finish.

The serviceman who came was very knowledgeable and professional. We felt very secure in his facts and figures and he quickly and efficiently installed drivers on our built-in garage door opener keys in the car. We are awaiting the receipt for the $1828 check.

Joe, my technician, called to tell me that he would be at my house in 15 minutes. When he arrived, he asked questions about my garage door problems and listened to me as I told him what was happening. He then spent about a half an hour inspecting and testing various components. He then called me out to the garage to explain what he had found that was wrong. He gave me three different options to repair the door mechanisms. He was thorough and efficient in his work. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about his work!

Absolutely beautiful garage doors installed. Installer was on time, came in, finished in one day. And left NO mess when done. My husband did his homework, before accepting Precision's estimate. He couldn't have installed 2 triple insulated doors, one with remote opener, one manual (by our choice) any cheaper by doing this himself. Best part: he came home from work, pow: garage doors done!

Jerry called and arrived earlier than appointment time. Discussed thoroughly the options. Went with his recommendations. Install was done rather quickly and cleanup was thorough. It's a pleasure to watch someone who knows what they are doing, although it probably would have gone faster if I wasn't there talking to him. Very professional service done in an extraordinary time frame.

Jerry was on time after calling me and saying he was ten minutes away. He diagnosed the problem very quickly,fixed it in a timely manner and was a perfect gentleman. I contacted the company after 12PM one day, he got to the house around 2:30. Jerry was very good, he had to replace a part and had to re-program the opener. Didn't take him long. I would use this company again.
