House is only 2 years old, so called Precision for an inspection and preventative maintenance. The service tech., Robert, showed up earlier that originally scheduled, called first, and was very courteous & professional. Suggested that the plastic rollers be replaced with more dependable parts that should prevent any future potential problems. This is the second time I have used this company, first time was to install garage door windows, and very satisfied with their products and service. Highly recommended!

Today, I had a great experience with Robert. He greeted me with a smile and was very helpful with all my questions. He explained all the steps he was going to do. Next, he was more than happy to talk with my husband over the phone to make sure everyone was on same page before any action was taken. Finally, he repaired my door and showed And what he’d done.
