After going on line, I discovered that the price to replace the main spring on my garage door should have been approximately $400.00 dollars. I was billed $1,086.00. The itemized line bill showed several items which were replaced that I do not think required replacing. I think I was grossly overcharged and was very disappointed with your company.

My garage door broke this morning and I couldn't get out! My littles were loaded and ready to go to daycare. Top notch service! When our garage refused to close just before 5pm, I was given an appointment immediately for 6-8pm that evening. Anthony called shortly afterwards to ask if he could come immediately, which thrilled us. He quickly identified the problem, gave us a quote and proceeded with the repairs because he had everything available on his truck. Our door was nearly 19 years old and well used. Most parts needed replacing and we opted for a new opener as well. The repairs were made quickly, and professionally at a reasonable price. I will absolutely call Precision for any future needs we have and recommend Precision Door Service.

We had a door emergency that rendered the door unusable and off its rails and, while I know there us an element of luck involved, they were actually able to get out within a half an hour and had our door fixed about 40 minutes later in time for us to go out on a movie date we had been planning without leaving the front of our house wide open. Given how many repairs of this nature are now booked weeks to months out that was pretty fantastic! Aron was the tech and he was very friendly as well as fast.

Called and got an appointment for same day service. Graham called to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, Graham inspected the door and noticed faulty rollers in addition to the broken spring. Graham quickly replaced all parts and ensured everything was working properly (all while answering my numerous questions). A+ and 5 stars for the service Graham provided. Will definitely utilize Precision in the future if needed.
