Aaron our tech called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled since he was in our area, and we ssid yes. He was friendly and professional, and fixed everything with our remotes efficiently. He was in and out quickly, and we were very pleased with his work. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

I had excellent service about 8 years ago with Joe Thomason and so I called Precision with my new problem. Your technician, Anthony Storino, called me that he was arriving in about 30 minutes and arrived on time. After we discussed the job and I received the estimate, he went right to work with no wasted movements that I could see. He did a first-class job on the repair. He was finished in a couple of hours, much sooner than I had expected. Everything worked perfectly. He gave me a suggestion for the correct lubrication for the door. I will certainly call Precision if I need more garage door work.

These guys took care of business. Tyson was very helpful and knowledgeable. He replaced our torsion spring with the correct size spring, identified the fact that the original installers didn't do it correctly, made it right, and all in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs!!

The technician (Richie) troubleshooted the problem after we explained the problem we were experiencing with our door. He changed out the sensors which resolved the issues. He also took the time to lub the rollers & springs. Job well done.

Efficient and affordable!! I called to schedule an appointment, they were able to see me the same day. The cost was 1/3 less than a local competitor that couldn’t “work me in” for several days. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and fixed the issue in 20 minutes! I will definitely use Precision going forward!

This is the 2nd time I have used Precision. I called late in the afternoon on Wednesday because my garage door opener stopped working and got an appt. for the next morning. I requested Ben since I had such a great experience with him last time. He showed up when he said he was going to and brought a trainee with him named Caleb. Both were extremely professional, clean-cut, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them. Do yourself a favor.. if you need anything garage door, motor, etc... related, call this company! They completed all the work within a couple of hours to include 2 new garage door openers, new springs and rollers on one of the garage doors and installed a pad outside my garage so I can get in that way too! YAY! The new openers are whisper quiet too.. #BONUS Thanks guys!!!

I had a door installed and a 4" rubber strip added to the bottom. I just want to say that both technicians (Charles and Dylan) were quick, professional, thorough, and extremely courteous! I would definitely recommend Precision to my fellow Chattanoogans!

We closed our garage on Friday afternoon to the sound of a large bang. We immediately checked and the springs were broken and along with a cable. Its 5:30 and who to call? My husband remembered your name from a commercial on TV. He looked up the number and called. Yea, someone answered. The lady scheduled us for the next morning from 9-11. What on a Saturday! The technician (Matt C) called us 30 minutes before 9 stating he would be here at 9. Wow, he showed up on time, was informative and got to work. He finished in an hour. We couldn't be more pleased with everyone we talked to. Keep up the great Customer Service that you have. It is a breath of fresh air from most of the businesses we have encountered. We will definitely recommend to friends. Thanks The Sigmons
