I called for a garage door opener repair and was thinking in the line of getting the entire door replaced. The service I received from the first phone call, very professional lady who scheduled my technician to the technician Jerry, who was exactly on time and replaced by aged door opener. I discussed getting the entire door replaced and after being shown my options, I decided to go with getting a new door. I am very happy with my decision, this company seems to be really top notch! Conner was excellent. He called when he was about 30 minutes out. Was very professional and open with his recommendations. Basically replaced a spring and pulley system on 2 doors with 2 torsion systems while refreshing the rollers. Completed the job in just a couple of hours. Like I said, very professional in his performance and attitude. I will recommend Precision to others.
