You MORE than met expectations. Tony came within the time period he advised ... on a Saturday afternoon. I had called another company that advertised as 24/7 repair but was told that it does not include weekends. The lady who took our call at Precision was very nice and helpful. Tony really knows his stuff and was very cheerful and did the work - over and beyond. If it's ok, my wife and I will make your company our "go-to" for future needs.

I have used Precision Garage Door Service for years. When I have a need I don't think of anyone but them. They are honest, friendly, helpful and they arrive when they say they will. Service person said 1-3 to fix my door problem Service person shows up at noon. I was not at home. Called wife to hurry home.. Not happy about that and one more. $69 for a service call. Understand and then add an additional $25 for some other charge not related to me and the so called service charge. Not happy about this either.

I had a spring break on my garage door which resulted in the inability of the door opening. I called Precision and they were at my home in 30 minutes. I also requested a quote for the replacement of both of my garage doors. I had the spring replaced and ordered 2 new garage doors too. Precision's TV commercial is why I called them. Their prompt service, great service techs were exactly as advertised. I highly recommend Precision if you are need of any garage door service or replacement.

When I arrived home from work Friday evening I realized the main spring on my garage door had broken. Not the best way to end the week and felt it would be at least a week to get it repaired. Saturday morning I saw a commercial for Precision Door and called at 9:00am. By 9:30 Tyson was at my home and he made all the required repairs by 10:30. Tyson was very courteous and efficient and explained the issues and my options. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any Garage Door needs.

My garage door now opens so quietly!!! Tony was an excellent technician and programmed all of our vehicles with ease. Didn't take Tony any time to take out the old one and get the new one installed. Thank you so much, Tony!!!
