I called the company that installed our garage door and they couldn’t come for several days to service it. I couldn’t wait that long so I called Precision. I had a problem with my door not opening fully. Called Precision. they sent Anthony out within four hours and he fixed the problem. I could not ask for better service. Glad I purchased my doors from Precision garage door service.

Precision came out to quote my garage for a door removal and install. They quoted $1100 more than any other company I have spoken to. They tried to charge me for things hanging on my wall that could easily be removed as "obstructions" and the sales tactics were greasy. I would never ask them for a quote again.

Very pleased with the service I received and I would definitely use Precision again. My garage door wouldn't open this morning (something was wrong with the power supply to the motor) and when I called Precision they sent a tech within an hour. Tony was wonderful, friendly, great attitude and very knowledgeable. I ended up replacing the motor on my door (it was my choice because it was a bit old and also missing the photo sensors, remote controls back up battery etc. and I didn't want to deal with any more technical issues in the future) but I never felt like the tech tried to push any sale on me. I was even thinking that I need a new door but he told me the door itself was fine and I don't need to worry about it. He replaced the motor within an hour, very thoroughly explained everything to me and what to do in case the door ever gets stuck again and answered all my questions. As a single woman and new to home ownership (I have lived in an apartment my whole life) I have been very overwhelmed and intimidated with all the house maintenance work and I greatly appreciate the education I get when the techs explain everything with great patience. I also appreciate that they are open beyond the standard 9-5 business hours.

Breaking our garage door happened so unexpectedly. It was dramatic and scary. Our massive double garage doors had come off its tracks and was barely hanging on by wires. Precision was able to come within the hour. The technician Hayden was so capable, nice-mannered, hard-working and positive. He showed great skill and talent in fixing our garage door. He was actually able to make our garage door better than before we’d broken it. Thank you very much.

I booked online at 8:30 for a 9-11 appointment slot the same day. Two technicians (Hunter and Jon) were out here at 10:00. They fixed the issue and tuned up some other things that needed attention that I was unaware of. Very pleased with the service, ease of getting appointment, friendliness and professionalism. My work was under warranty and I didn't even know, so that was an added bonus!

I took advantage of a weekly special to have my garage door checked out. It had been making awful screeching sounds, plus I was having problems with it working properly with three openers. Aron and Tyson assessed the problem and quickly went to work lubricating everything until it worked to my satisfaction. When I had an emergency, Someone from Precision was Jonny on the spot for me as my garage was full of furniture for an estate sale. Though the price was painful for a new Genie, the problem was taken care of in little more than an hour from time of my call. Amazing technician so easy to work with. Our door broke on a Sunday. It was stuck shut. I was relieved that Precision was able to do same day repair. The lady I spoke with to schedule was polite. Our technician Anthony reached out via text to provide us with his estimated arrival time. I also appreciated the email received with photos of the technician for identification. Anthony exceeded my expectations. He was kind, respectful, informative, and worked efficiently. He explained our issue and made recommendation for repairs. He had the parts with him and had the door repaired in about an hour. He even showed us how to maintain the repairs and explained the warranty on the parts (rollers, springs, etc). The only reason I gave 4/5 was cost.
