Called for a broken door, they was pleasant on the phone, had a tech here within 2 hours. Very friendly guy went straight to the task. Found the old door has other problems. Quick with the repairs, adjustments done. Done within 90mins. Very happy, will use them again.

Our garage door wouldn't open at all, so our cars were trapped inside. We tried calling a couple of other places, but no one was available. About an hour after we called Precision, Tony came to our rescue. He was able to fix our garage door within a few hours, and we were very happy with his professionalism and his great service. We will use Precision Door Service from now on.

I had a minor problem with my garage door causing me to be unable to use it. Your weekend phone service promised a Monday morning appointment time. Your technician, Tyson, arrived early on Monday and quickly repaired the problem. He inspected the whole door and suggested a replacement of the torque spring. The house is 17 years old and the spring is probably that age also so I had him to replace it. I was extremely pleased with your response time and with the service Tyson performed. He is an excellent representative of your company. When and if I need garage door service again I will certainly call Precision and request Tyson as the technician.

I called late morning time and was advised someone would be at my house between three and five o'clock. Just before three Graham (spelling?) told me he was on his way and would be arriving in about twenty five minutes. He arrived and finished the job around five o'clock and checked it. Graham was hardworking and a pleasure to talk with while he worked. He presented both knowledgeable and professional in explaining and doing the job. It was even more enjoyable to run into someone who knew people I knew from my past and could tell me about them today. The door was even quieter than it ever has been and I thank him for the suggestions to make other fixes as well. Highly recommend using this company.

Our garage door opener was undersized for the width and weight of the door (blame for this goes to the builder for trying to save a few bucks), thus causing it to creak and grind loudly. Additionally, the springs were undersized, which created a safety hazard, as the door could have slammed shut if the springs had broken. Precision Doors came out and replaced the springs and opener, and serviced the existing parts of the door that could be saved. Their personnel were very professional and efficient, and we feel so much safer having a properly sized opener system in our garage. If you are in need of a garage door installation or repair, I highly recommend that you call Precision Door.

I originally chose Precision because they had technicians available on a Saturday when I was in a pinch. After calling around I also found they had the most reasonable service call fee (which ended up getting waived with the work they performed). When Tim and Tony arrived they immediately began evaluating the situation and explained exactly what my options were and the price for repair, ranging from just making the door functional again to a new garage door. They provided a suggestion for what they considered the best option was (which wasn’t the most expensive). Upon agreeing they went right to work and completely upgraded our existing door making it function like a brand new door (honestly probably better than a new door). I would recommend to anyone!
