Precision Door Service surprisingly came same day I called and knew exactly the problem and door was fixed within 30 minutes and really fixed. Our garage door opener was undersized for the width and weight of the door (blame for this goes to the builder for trying to save a few bucks), thus causing it to creak and grind loudly. Additionally, the springs were undersized, which created a safety hazard, as the door could have slammed shut if the springs had broken. Precision Doors came out and replaced the springs and opener, and serviced the existing parts of the door that could be saved. Their personnel were very professional and efficient, and we feel so much safer having a properly sized opener system in our garage. If you are in need of a garage door installation or repair, I highly recommend that you call Precision Door.

You MORE than met expectations. Tony came within the time period he advised ... on a Saturday afternoon. I had called another company that advertised as 24/7 repair but was told that it does not include weekends. The lady who took our call at Precision was very nice and helpful. Tony really knows his stuff and was very cheerful and did the work - over and beyond. If it's ok, my wife and I will make your company our "go-to" for future needs.

Service person said 1-3 to fix my door problem Service person shows up at noon. I was not at home. Called wife to hurry home.. Not happy about that and one more. $69 for a service call. Understand and then add an additional $25 for some other charge not related to me and the so called service charge. Not happy about this either.
