I called Precision about 3pm on Friday afternoon because our garage door would not raise or lower. They told us that a service technician would be at our home by 6pm. Dylan arrived and within an hour the door was working properly. The price was very reasonable and we are very happy customers. I would certainly call them again if the need arose and would recommend to others.

called yesterday morning had a tech here b4 1:30 and new opener installed in appx. 2 hours. Tech was knowledgeable, gave me options and after I made my decision which route to go he took care of job very quickly. I will be using this company again as I need new doors and another opener. PDS came out the same day I called with my problem about the garage door not opening properly and it had a broken spring. They explained the issues in a way I understood, gave the quote, and worked quickly to resolve the problem. It is overhauled and my door opens better now than it has in a very long time.

Thank you for being so professional. My technician was James. He called when he was on his way, and arrived ahead of schedule:) I got to work on time:) He reprogrammed my car remote and made sure everything was working before he left. He also checked both doors, and made sure what he ordered for my door repair was correct, and necessary.

My garage door cracked in the middle and I couldn’t close it. Precision sent someone right out and he got the door closed and ordered a new door. When it came in the guys installed it and it looks great and works fine.

I called in the morning to see if I could get my garage door opener replaced. Trent, the technician, arrived that afternoon at 1:00 and had the installation done by 2:30. He reprogrammed my keypad as well as my cars. Trent did a great job and was a really nice young man. Wonderful response by the company. Thanks

We normally used another garage door company but the problem occurred on a Saturday anf they didn't work on Saturday. I called Precision and they came out that day. We had to have a strut put on the door and added new rollers as these were 20 years old. Trent was excellent, very professional and courteous. I will use Precision Garage Door from now on. Thank you so much.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did an outstanding job of removing our old garage door and installing a new door with windows that add to the overall appearance. The two guys who put in the new door did so in about an hour and a half. And, we are more than pleased with the result. We chose Precision after reviewing many positive online reviews and we recommend Precision to anyone looking to add or replace a garage door.

Today my sister and I had Precision Garage Doors repair our existing door. And, due to so many good reviews of the company, ordered a new garage door to match our present outside color. We were very pleased with the gentleman who came by. He helped us select and design our new door. We look forward to have our new garage door installed. And, we'd recommend the company to others. The gentleman who assisted me and my sister did a fine job and helped so much with our new door decisions (style, color, etc.). We were more than happy with Precision's prompt response to our call for repair work as well as help with the new door we ordered. Nick was on time to check our doors. He inspected both doors and could not find any problems. He recommended we consider replacing the motor on both doors. I advised him that we will probably let him replace the motors in the near future. He was very nice and answered all my questions.

My name is chuck Cameron. I noticed my garage door spring broken Friday morning. I have used precision door multiple times for my rentals but it has been a few years. Technician arrived and was asked to please replace my spring and cable. My garage door has worked fine before the spring broke. I left for work, my wife calls me to say spring is on but door not working at all. We need a capacitor for the motor we are told. 45 more dollars but tech did not have part. Offered my wife a new motor for 541 dollars. What kind of morons do you think your customers are? I had my wife pay him and ask the tech to please leave. I arrived home , with the correct capacitor to install. Well looky here the old ones not even plugged in and when I do plug it in its not bad. This rude and unkept technician just wanted to sell us more stuff. I thought surely not so I go to my van and get my amp meter and set it to capacitance. There is nothing wrong with the capacitor other than he took the wires off to try to sell my wife a new garage door opener after I left and told him all I want is Springs and wires. This man took my $541 and left my wife at home with a garage door that does not operate he didn't even offer to go get the part that he says he needed. I don't know what happened in the couple of years that I didn't need this company but from this experience I won't be calling him again. Absolutely rediculous
