For customer service, promptness, knowledge and politeness of Ben, the outstanding Tech, I give 5 stars. BUT for having no warranty on the preformed work/parts UNLESS you purchase a "limited lifetime warranty" for almost the same cost as the repair is a ZERO and bordering on a scam. Would I use them again? Most likely yes, but I would also shop around first.

I had a door installed and a 4" rubber strip added to the bottom. I just want to say that both technicians (Charles and Dylan) were quick, professional, thorough, and extremely courteous! I would definitely recommend Precision to my fellow Chattanoogans!

Chuck... my experience has not been good. As an example, the salesman said the door colors were standard and would match... they did not match, so I would not let the installer continue. The salesman also sold me a lot of stuff I did not need. I emphasized to the salesman that the doors were next to each other and had to be the same color. I would give you an F (1 star) except for the fact that the installer is working with us to fix the problems. I did not let him install the new door... I want this worked out first. The installer was exceptional and honest.

I contacted Precision for a garage door repair. When I called there was no mention of a $65 service charge. When the technician informed us of this my husband called the call center and was put on hold for 15 minutes before a woman she back on and rudely told him that they do not routinely disclose their is a service fee but if we had asked then we would have been told. Needless to say, we paid the technician his $65 and will never do any business with Precision. Highly do not recommend.

When I called into Precision the first time, the gentleman on the phone was extremely courteous and helpful. When Joe came to my home, he was also very courteous and worked swiftly on securing my damaged garage door. He reviewed my options and was knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. I was able to pick a new garage door within my budget. There was no pressure just assistance on his part which was clearly appreciated by me!

I called Precision Door because my door malfunctioned on a Saturday and I needed it fixed fast. The tech, Jerry Berry, came to my house promptly, diagnosed the problem, told me what needed fixed and the cost and then fixed my door completely to my satisfaction. The price was fair and the workmanship was first class. I would highly recommend this company for garage door repairs!

I first called Precision Doors for weekend service when the 18 foot garage door installed by their competitor, Access Doors, was threatening to fall off the rails and damage our vehicles. Joe came out then and found that the springs weren't tightened correctly at installation and had us fixed and safe quickly. Access Doors later reimbursed us for their mistake. Today, Jerry came out to fix two broken hinges, add a support strut, and change the rollers. You could easily see the difference in the products offered by both companies. Precision used a heavier gauge steel hinge and strut and their rollers appear to be much better than those offered by Access. We will continue to call Precision Doors as the rest of the cheaper products used by Access Doors begin to fail. I said competitor earlier, and that was perhaps a poor choice of words. There should be no competition. CALL PRECISION DOORS FOR ALL OF YOUR GARAGE DOOR NEEDS! Both Joe and Jerry were on time, extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and did exactly what they said they would do at a reasonable price.

On October 20th, our garage door suddenly stopped working. I called several repair companies and thank God, I decided to use Precision Door Service. I got a same day response to my call. Ben Wilbur came to our rescue. What a nice and professional man. I figured he would have to order the parts and we would have to wait a few days....NOPE. He arrived at our house at 5:00 and bless his heart he worked until about 8:30 installing and showing us how to operate our new system. I can not speak highly enough about this man. He is a true asset to your company. We will use you again in the future. THANKS !!!!

Could not believe I was able to get a repairman out on such a cold night after office hours, but to my amazement my service man was able to install new hardware and springs and a new opener, all so I could have peace of mind and not worry about the cold weather's adverse affect on my home. I called these guys at 6:20pm on a Tuesday night and they were at my house by 7pm. I had originally only wanted to replace one spring, but was convinced I need two new springs and cable pulleys. I may have them replace the wheels on my garage in a few years. The job seemed like it took them just under an hour to complete if that.

Not being able to predict when one will encounter a problem, I appreciate that you offer service 24/7, with no extra charge on weekends. Your staff at the call center was very pleasant, and I received a prompt email after scheduling service call. I was pleasantly surprised to see the name of the service individual, along with a picture, and a link to inform me about him. Joe T. was prompt, and arrived within the expected time. He was very knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. The solution he suggested to remedy our problem was the right one. We were able to retain the garage door, and give it a new life with a new torsion spring, enclosed ball bearings, cables, etc. Some additional finish work that had been neglected when our door was installed (by another company) was done. All along the way Joe was informing my husband as to what repair he was doing. After the service call, our door was quieter when opening and closing than I can ever recall. Every detail of our invoice was explained, as well as our warranty. My husband and I could not have asked for a more professional, personable, well qualified person. Thank you Joe.

Jerry came today to give us an estimate on a new garage door. He was my first quote. When he saw the bind my garage door was in he said I'm not leaving that door like that it's way too dangerous for your husband to work on. It had come down on my car for some strange reason. Jerry was amazing!!! In 15 minutes he got it out of the bind so now its not an accident waiting to happen. I really appreciate him very much. His concern was our safety. He was very informative about new door and very professional unlike the other two companies that showed up later in the day. Thanks so much for having quality people on your staff. This quality is rare now a days.
