Needed a new garage door opener. Was referred by home warranty company, but was very thrilled with the excellent customer service and skill of the technician. Joe was fantastic, and made sure to replace our opener with the very best! He was even willing to come out and install on a late Friday evening so that we wouldn't have to go through the weekend without a functioning opener! I give Joe and Precision an A+!

I discovered my garage door would not open around 4:30PM. I called and Joe showed up within an hour. I could not believe they were able to service on such short notice on Friday afternoon. Joe was very knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed quickly.

Jerry showed up during the time I was given. Very pleasant experience. He advised me on the status of my garage door, fixed the issue and was done in 30 minutes. He also took time to explain how the door works, the age of my door and things I can do to extend the life of the door and motor. My door is over 10 years old. When it fails, I will definitely call Precision for a replacement! Great friendly service!
