Absolutely beautiful garage doors installed. Installer was on time, came in, finished in one day. And left NO mess when done. My husband did his homework, before accepting Precision's estimate. He couldn't have installed 2 triple insulated doors, one with remote opener, one manual (by our choice) any cheaper by doing this himself. Best part: he came home from work, pow: garage doors done!

Jerry called and arrived earlier than appointment time. Discussed thoroughly the options. Went with his recommendations. Install was done rather quickly and cleanup was thorough. It's a pleasure to watch someone who knows what they are doing, although it probably would have gone faster if I wasn't there talking to him. Very professional service done in an extraordinary time frame.

I contacted the company after 12PM one day, he got to the house around 2:30. Jerry was very good, he had to replace a part and had to re-program the opener. Didn't take him long. I would use this company again.

The technician was able to get to my house earlier than expected and he did a great job. This man was extremely professional and knew his business. He diagnosed the problems with the spring assembly and the door as well as the opener and fixed everything in under an hour. The door now works better and quieter than it ever did. I called expecting to wait a couple of days or weeks to have service but I was pleasantly surprised to have same day service. Jerry was very nice and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The garage door is over 6 years old so all the moving parts were replaced with new ones. Took Jerry about 45 minutes to do everything. The decision to use your business was based on everything that was mentioned in your ad and the fact that I had no confidence in previous repairs done to our garage door. I was especially happy with the quick turnaround from the time I placed the service call. Jerry was the technician and he was absolutely fantastic. I found Precision online and seen that they were rated 5 stars so I decided to give them a call. One of the springs on my garage broke. Jerry (the Technician)knew exactly what happened to cause the spring to break and explained it to me. He quickly made the repairs. Thanks for a job well done.

We found out about Precision on Angie's List. It was a Big Deal for a garage door inspection and roller replacement. Jerry came out and inspected the door and informed us that the spring was on its last leg. Our opener was also very loud - it shook the room above it. Jerry inspected it and said there was really not much that could be done to quiet it down. Jerry answered all of my questions - he never pressured me to do anything. I had him replace the spring and also install a new opener. He was very professional and did the work very quickly. Precision has a great warranty on their service and products. I would use them again with no hesitation.
