My brother recommended Precision when the springs on my garage door broke. Jerry came out to my house around 8:15 pm, Thursday night. The garage door would not always close completely and its movements sounded tormenting, like that would be its last lift. Jerry and I discussed the age of the door and how best to repair. I chose to have him replace all the moving parts... now opening and closing the door is much quieter and efficient. Jerry completed his work in about and hour and headed to his home. Thank you Jerry. Very pleased with the presentation of what Precision could do for my door problem and the carrying out of the work.

Joe was the technician that serviced our garage door yesterday May 8th. He was on time (when I wasn't:) and polite, knowledgeable about what the problem was and gave me the 3 options, but it was obvious that I had to take door #3, which was the highest price. Wasn't happy about the price, but it had to be done. It's working better than it ever had in the 5 years that we've lived here. Thanks again for sending someone out so quickly. Service call was easy and very professional. Gave me the options and clearly outlined the positives and negatives. Ultimately decided to buy a new door. Look forward to getting it installed. I called one day and Joe was at my house the very next day. He was very nice and knowledgeable about everything I needed. He installed two new garage door openers and also provided remote openers for other garage doors at another location. This was all done in a very timely manner and professional. I would absolutely use Precision again and recommend them to my friends.

Joe Thomason was very professional. Worked hard and fast and came out on a weekend. He knew what he was doing and gave me a safe and functional grarage door. Would not hesitate to use again. Try finding companies that come out on the weekend and still charge reasonable rates. Very satisfied.

When I called for service, a technician arrived within a couple of hours. Jerry was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained the problem and replaced my garage door lift system and rollers in about 30 minutes. He also explained the warranty and even told me about a Facebook coupon that I could use to save $30. Great experience and I will definitely use and recommend Precision in the future.

Had great experience with Precision. Came out same day as call and realized needed new doors as old ones were cracked in middle. Technicians really knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. New doors are insulated and such an improvement in quality! Professional company--color me happy.

What first appealed to me about Precision was their truck's advertisement that a repair of my current unit was a possibility; not just replacing it. I called that morning, they came out by 11:45 and the unit was repaired within 30 minutes. It turned out to be a simple rpm sensor. Jerry was very professional, courteous, and technically adept to ours and other models of the like. He answered all questions effectively and completed all requests completely. We will certainly use Precision Door again and recommend them to our friends.
