I found your web site while searching for garage door opener repairs. Jerry came to my house when he said he would. (That was important to me) Jerry was very helpful and explained why my garage door opener failed. He installed a new opener within 45 minutes. He explained how the new opener operated. And set up the keyless entry.

got out to my house same day. Jerry was personable and knew his stuff on garage doors! he was very honest as we had several issues. he walked me through all the options. decided on a lower cost option that may not last long term. if and when i need a new garage door you'll be the first ones i call and request jerry back! great service!

Service tech was on time, very professional, completed work quickly. He also gave me options to consider, just the spring or a "re-build" of the working parts. I went with the re-build, while twice the cost of just replacing the spring, this will reduce the chances of having another service visit. My door is 14 years old and should now last another 15 years. He also recommended using silicon spurs to lube the working parts every 4 months. If you think about the work done, suggestions, in effect means he will not need to come back, except when one of my other two doors has an issue. When that happens I will call Precision again for repair! High marks for the tech!

I called Precision at the advise of my son who was very satisfied with their repair of his garage door. I received very prompt service, same day to repair garage door-broken spring. What a great company and Jerry was a great technician. Jerry checked the problem, gave me my options with NO sales pressure. After I made my decision, Jerry went right to work and finished in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable about his profession and the services and products offered by Precision. The wrong door was ordered and we had waited almost 3 weeks before it arrived to be installed today. In addition, our installation time window was 1 to 6 pm, but the installers did not arrive until 4:30. Now a new door has to be ordered, but it was after hours so we could not get an estimated lead time. I certainly hope a rush is put on and we don't have to wait another 3 weeks. The technicians have been courteous, but we are extremely unsatisfied at this point.
