Jerry came very promptly on Monday a.m. & was a very professional in his approach to my needed repair work. Old house, old springs, old rollers & cables---the whole works needed replacement. He took care of business in a neat efficient manner & explained the whole process as well as costs etc. I would highly recommend this young man who really knows his business.

Joe did a great job in repairing my garage door spring. He was very reassuring and professional. Also, I was impressed with your dispatcher. If I'm not mistaken, I believe her name was Mary Ann. She, too, was very professional and courteous.

Very happy with the work quality and the whole experience. The information on the website was very helpful. Really liked knowing who the representative would be and the picture insured our comfort level when he arrived. Our service person was a craftsman and very thorough. The job required more than just cables and even though it was bigger than expected, late to insure we had an operational door. Over the top customer service!

I requested a heads up call before the tech arrived. The tech did just that so I could be home to meet him. Jerry was the tech that gave me the evaluation. He was on time, very helpful and knowledgeable. Emailed me the quote for us to review. He was very professional.

I choose Precision from the ad in the yellow pages - liked that it was a family owned business. I was pleased with the friendliness of the office staff when I called with the problem on an old garage door. Appreciated the email I received confirming the appointment (same day service) and the info on the technician coming to the house. Jerry was most pleasant and very professional in explaining the problem and giving me options as to how to handle it. At this time I am not sure what avenue I will take, but I will certainly call Precision again and will highly recommend them to friends.

It has been a pleasant experience doing business with Precision Doors. I recently lost my opener remote and I called for a replacement. The technician Joe was friendly and very attentive to details of my new garage door installation and made some adjustments. The staff @ Precision Doors are friendly, reliable, and very professional. Thanks so much Joe!

Joe was excellent. I had to leave town in the middle of the work and Joe completed the job as he had promised. I got home late at night to the quietest, smoothest garage door! Thanks.

We had a broken spring on our 40 year old garage door. We selected Precision because of their descriptive ad in the yellow pages, and the senior discount. The service technician showed up on time, quickly evaluated the issues with the door and made a recommendation. He had all the tools, equipment and parts to do the job and the door was completely overhauled and upgraded in about an hour and a half and in a very professional manner. We highly recommend Precision Door Service.

On Thanksgiving Day my garage door wouldn't close. The following day I called 2 other places I found on the internet before I called Precision and either no one answered the phone, or I was switched around too much and got frustrated. The technician was very nice. But what I appreciate most is that within 2 hours of me placing the call to Precision the technician was at my home and my door was repaired. I am extremely grateful for the customer service and the quick response. I will use Precision again in the future.
