The door was rubbing against the track on the left side making the cable so loose it would come loose on the right side. The problem was hard to diagnose for the technician, but he did not give up till the problem was solved by making adjustments on both the right and left tracks to better center the door.

Needed repair on Saturday and you was only door company open on Saturday so I called. Service was good with fast response time. I think the charge was excessive but I was in need and had to have my door fixed. No complaint except the price that was charged

Received a coupon in Mint magazine for a free service call Know we needed our garage door fixed seemed like it was meant to be The service man, Jerry, did an excellant job, gave my husband information of what he was doing, explained everything so he could understand. Site was referred to me by Home Advisor on the web. They called in less than an hour after I made the request on line. Technician came to the house at the appointed time and gacve me a quote with several options in a matter of minutes. I decided to let him do the job even though the cost was a little higher than I expected but he also upgraded the door which I had not anticipated. He did the work immediately and I am very pleased with the job he did.

I needed something done quickly. Checked the yellow book and saw 24/7 . Then when I was told what time that day someone would be there i was pleased that they called ahead. Jerry put on the doors one day later. Very pleased with his work and professionalism. The entire company was great
