I had the pleasure of having Joe come out and repair my garage door this week. He was very professional and quickly assessed my issue. He fully explained my options and quickly fixed my issue. Joe also inspected my opener and garage door system to ensure everything looked good and the system was operating smoothly. We took a stab in the dark when we had a problem to which Robert came to service ... led to a new door which we love ... it was acting finicky so we called for service ... Robert returned ... turns out it may have been “human error” ... we appreciate his help and effort in not making us feel stupid!
