Hi, I am well PLEASE with the service that was perform here my home, the Tech can`t remember his name he was the top of the line GREAT nice and very kind he new what he was doing I like that straight to the point I will tell the world about you guys you can count on that Love you guys, I will use you in near future. Cable broke so door would not operate. Called around noon to see if repairs could be same day. Was told to expect a service person between 4 & 6. Tony arrive around 5:15pm proceeded to replace both door cables with safety cables. Very professional. Will definitely get this company to quote me on replacing my shop sliding door. Very good service and at least half of what I was expecting to pay.

Talk about excellent service!! My garage door was not closing correctly. I called Precision and they had a technician come out within a couple of hours. Lucky me!! Trent was friendly, professional and delivered the wonderful news that I needed a new opener. He had one on his truck and got to work. Afterwards, he walked me through on the opener, pointed out what he did, and even programmed my vehicles for the new opener. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Every expectation I could have was exceeded.

Precision reset 1 garage door motor and replaced 2 other garage door motors and all the additional parts (springs, rollers, remote, keypad) for us this past Friday. The technician was excellent and did a great job for us at both of our homes. I would highly recommend Precision to those needing help with their garage doors.

I called Precision about 3pm on Friday afternoon because our garage door would not raise or lower. They told us that a service technician would be at our home by 6pm. Dylan arrived and within an hour the door was working properly. The price was very reasonable and we are very happy customers. I would certainly call them again if the need arose and would recommend to others.

PDS came out the same day I called with my problem about the garage door not opening properly and it had a broken spring. They explained the issues in a way I understood, gave the quote, and worked quickly to resolve the problem. It is overhauled and my door opens better now than it has in a very long time.

Thank you for being so professional. My technician was James. He called when he was on his way, and arrived ahead of schedule:) I got to work on time:) He reprogrammed my car remote and made sure everything was working before he left. He also checked both doors, and made sure what he ordered for my door repair was correct, and necessary.
