I booked online at 8:30 for a 9-11 appointment slot the same day. Two technicians (Hunter and Jon) were out here at 10:00. They fixed the issue and tuned up some other things that needed attention that I was unaware of. Very pleased with the service, ease of getting appointment, friendliness and professionalism. My work was under warranty and I didn't even know, so that was an added bonus!

I took advantage of a weekly special to have my garage door checked out. It had been making awful screeching sounds, plus I was having problems with it working properly with three openers. When I had an emergency, Someone from Precision was Jonny on the spot for me as my garage was full of furniture for an estate sale. Though the price was painful for a new Genie, the problem was taken care of in little more than an hour from time of my call. Amazing technician so easy to work with. Our door broke on a Sunday. It was stuck shut. I was relieved that Precision was able to do same day repair. The lady I spoke with to schedule was polite. Our technician Anthony reached out via text to provide us with his estimated arrival time. I also appreciated the email received with photos of the technician for identification. Anthony exceeded my expectations. He was kind, respectful, informative, and worked efficiently. He explained our issue and made recommendation for repairs. He had the parts with him and had the door repaired in about an hour. He even showed us how to maintain the repairs and explained the warranty on the parts (rollers, springs, etc). The only reason I gave 4/5 was cost.

I chose Precision because of same day service . I didn't want to wait a week or two to get the job done. He showed up within an hour and a half of me calling and done a good job and was finished in about an hour or so. It was a bit too pricey though.

Today, a young technician (Tyson) provided excellent service. After I made a telephone request regarding a lost garage door opener, I was able to be scheduled within a short amount of time. Tyson telephoned prior to his arrival and once again after arriving. He was polite and professional as he programmed my new garage opener. I am very grateful for the help I received today. Saw advertisement on TV my door had lots of squeaks every time I opened or closed so I thought I would call Precision. Very efficient and didn’t take long but my repair man Tyson was very nice and efficient. It was a little expensive but thankful I had the money and looking forward to having it work better.

From the initial call to schedule a repair to the completion of the repairs, Precision provided excellent customer service. Their prices were considerably less than another company in the area and they were able to schedule a technician to make the repairs the same day as my call. Tyson was prompt, did a thorough inspection of garage door and gave us a price before making the proper repairs along with a year warranty. Highly recommended

I originally chose Precision because they had technicians available on a Saturday when I was in a pinch. After calling around I also found they had the most reasonable service call fee (which ended up getting waived with the work they performed). When Tim and Tony arrived they immediately began evaluating the situation and explained exactly what my options were and the price for repair, ranging from just making the door functional again to a new garage door. They provided a suggestion for what they considered the best option was (which wasn’t the most expensive). Upon agreeing they went right to work and completely upgraded our existing door making it function like a brand new door (honestly probably better than a new door). I would recommend to anyone!

Our garage door wouldn't open at all, so our cars were trapped inside. We tried calling a couple of other places, but no one was available. About an hour after we called Precision, Tony came to our rescue. He was able to fix our garage door within a few hours, and we were very happy with his professionalism and his great service.
