I called in the morning to see if I could get my garage door opener replaced. Trent, the technician, arrived that afternoon at 1:00 and had the installation done by 2:30. He reprogrammed my keypad as well as my cars. Trent did a great job and was a really nice young man. Wonderful response by the company. Thanks

We normally used another garage door company but the problem occurred on a Saturday anf they didn't work on Saturday. I called Precision and they came out that day. We had to have a strut put on the door and added new rollers as these were 20 years old. Trent was excellent, very professional and courteous. I will use Precision Garage Door from now on. Thank you so much.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did an outstanding job of removing our old garage door and installing a new door with windows that add to the overall appearance. The two guys who put in the new door did so in about an hour and a half. And, we are more than pleased with the result. We chose Precision after reviewing many positive online reviews and we recommend Precision to anyone looking to add or replace a garage door.

Today my sister and I had Precision Garage Doors repair our existing door. And, due to so many good reviews of the company, ordered a new garage door to match our present outside color. We were very pleased with the gentleman who came by. He helped us select and design our new door. We look forward to have our new garage door installed. And, we'd recommend the company to others. Irene Parker and Eileen Himes East Brainerd And, in the process, ordered a new door to go with my present house color. The gentleman who assisted me and my sister did a fine job and helped so much with our new door decisions (style, color, etc.). We were more than happy with Precision's prompt response to our call for repair work as well as help with the new door we ordered. We saw wonderful reviews of the company before we contacted Precision and they have many happy and satisfied customers.

Nick was on time to check our doors. He inspected both doors and could not find any problems. He recommended we consider replacing the motor on both doors. I advised him that we will probably let him replace the motors in the near future. He was very nice and answered all my questions.

My name is chuck Cameron. I noticed my garage door spring broken Friday morning. I have used precision door multiple times for my rentals but it has been a few years. Technician arrived and was asked to please replace my spring and cable. My garage door has worked fine before the spring broke. I left for work, my wife calls me to say spring is on but door not working at all. We need a capacitor for the motor we are told. 45 more dollars but tech did not have part. Offered my wife a new motor for 541 dollars. What kind of morons do you think your customers are? I had my wife pay him and ask the tech to please leave. I arrived home , with the correct capacitor to install. Well looky here the old ones not even plugged in and when I do plug it in its not bad. This rude and unkept technician just wanted to sell us more stuff. I thought surely not so I go to my van and get my amp meter and set it to capacitance. There is nothing wrong with the capacitor other than he took the wires off to try to sell my wife a new garage door opener after I left and told him all I want is Springs and wires. This man took my $541 and left my wife at home with a garage door that does not operate he didn't even offer to go get the part that he says he needed. I don't know what happened in the couple of years that I didn't need this company but from this experience I won't be calling him again. Absolutely rediculous

I am very happy with my choice when i trusted Precision door company to repair my garage door and install a new belt driven garage door opener. They were professional,courteous and efficient . Now my garage door is quiet and smooth. I had a small problem when it turned bitter cold outside and i called Precision and they sent a tech right on out to make a small adjustment, that showed me they stand behind their work, something that is hard to find anymore,,,

The add said,”we can fix it today “ and that’s exactly what happened. At 15:38 I contacted Precision and a technician was at my house by 19:30 the same day. Joe was the professional who came and repaired our door and he was very courteous and completed his work in a very professional manner.

Our new insulated steel doors and openers have added a lot of value and aesthetics to our home. Our home was older and parts were no longer available to fix one of the doors. The garage structure required additional framing and was a definite challenge. The technicians that worked on our installation went above and beyond to insure a quality job. I would use Precision Doors again without hesitation.

I chose Precision after googling several companies as they had the best reviews!! At first I was just going to get a quote but after the tech arrived exactly as promised and we talked about different options, I realized I probably would be wasting my time getting other quotes. Robert was ready to repair my garage door by replacing worn out springs at that moment but realized he did not have all the necessary parts. He set me up for a couple days later, and again arrived right on time!!! I LOVE punctuality as my time is important too!! Robert was extremely professional and was a pleasure to keep conversation with. He did not seem to mind that I stood there and asked a million questions or just talked in general!! His customer service attitude was stupendous!! The repair was done in about 1.5 hours and Robert was able and willing to work around the car I could not move due to it being out of commission!! He was very cautious about working around it. If ever anyone needs garage repair, I would definitely recommend this company!! And if I decide on new garage doors, I won't hesitate to call them for that.
