I made a service call this morning when I found out that one of the torsion springs on my garage door had broken. That was at 9:00 and they sent out Trent to fix the problem. They gave me a two hour window between 10:00 and 12:00. Trent arrived at 10:30 and went straight to work on the problem and in an hour an a half he had replaced both torsion springs and the torsion cables. I was very happy with the service and will recommend them to my friends.

James was so knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to show me how he could tell that the door had been serviced in the past and suggested that when time comes to replace my old chain driven door with a larger power and smoother operating belt drive unit. I’m sure I will take his advice about that soon and wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.

Saturday before Easter and my garage doors were acting like they had a little demon lol. Kept going up and down all by themselves randomly. So thankful that 1) you guys were open, and 2) that Alex could get here quickly and fixed the problem easily. Always fun to learn that the builder didn't use someone who was knowledgeable for install but we live and learn. Thank you Alex for finding the issue and fixing it!

The guy was great, he called me to let me know he was on his way, he looked over everything to see what I needed. He didn’t try to force anyone on me. So I had to get a new spring and cable. He installed it and came and got me and showed me that everything is working great now, so for now on I will be using Precision for now on. Thank you for the service.

Joe was awesome! He helped me replace the light I couldn't reach in the garage...and even when he saw what he was working with, he didn't shy away. I had recently had problems with other contractors from another compan with another job I had, and he more than made up for it. Renewed my faith. He made sure my garage door was working and did it in record time. I will definitely use them again...and hopefully get to work with Joe!

We requested our garage door system to be upgraded. The technician remedied the issues we were having but we still wanted the system upgraded so he did that for us. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable technician. We had one garage door done a couple of years ago and have been very happy with the workmanship. Now the other door is done. House is only 2 years old, so called Precision for an inspection and preventative maintenance. The service tech., Robert, showed up earlier that originally scheduled, called first, and was very courteous & professional. Suggested that the plastic rollers be replaced with more dependable parts that should prevent any future potential problems. This is the second time I have used this company, first time was to install garage door windows, and very satisfied with their products and service. Highly recommended!

Recommended by a friend. You exceeded my expectations, had the parts on the truck to repair my opener. In an hour and a half the opener was repaired and adjusted and checked the door for proper operation and it was all done for less than I thought it would cost.
