The spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision the next day after seeing their truck in my neighborhood. They could have sent someone out the day I called, I set up a time for a different day. Anthony was at my house by 9am. He reviewed the problem with me and the cost to fix it. He got to work. Within 30 minutes my door was back working better then it had before. Thanks Anthony and Precision.

Contacted Precision Door. Anthony came out the next day and fixed the door. It has never run smoother. Price was very fair. Anthony did a great job. Cleaned up. Except for the smooth running door we would never know he had been here. Strongly recommend Precision Door.

We called because a lift spring broke. Precision had availability and showed up when they said they would. The work was done competently and the materials are heavier duty than the original. Thank you!

Garage door opener had quit working. Michael H came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, attempted to fix it but was not successful. I observed all of the work and was very satisfied with his attempts to repair the problem. Bought a new opener and was installed in about forty minutes. I was completely satisfied and would recommend Precision Door to anyone. Thanks to Michael H.

Precision Door Service is a 5 star company. From the moment I contacted them to the completion of the service it was very obvious that they are organized and customer oriented. The technician (Ben) arrived, in the company truck, on time and diagnosed the problems immediately. He clearly explained my options without any pressure. He was very competent, pleasant and seemed to enjoy his work. I am very pleased with the service and the two openers he installed.

Anthony did a great and professional job repairing my garage door. He explained in detail all parts and the necessary reason for them. He did not try to push parts or service that was not needed. He called and requested to come a little sooner than set time which was great. I would recommend Anthony and Precision Door to other customers.
