Called because of the "same day service" ad on New Year's Eve around 2pm, knowing that it would be a couple of days before I could get service for a garage door that "wouldn't open, even manually". Boy, was I surprised by the quick response (at my house within 1 hour) and the fast and quick work (replacement of springs, bearings and rollers) done all within one hour. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door repair.

We had an issue with our garage door not wanting to open this morning. We had Precision come out this afternoon and after about 5 minutes of looking and saying he doesn't know anything about our specific brand (7 yr old house) and verifying the spring was fine, he then recommended an entirely new door and opener!!! It was discovered the outlet went bad, although the other outlets in the garage were fine with nothing tripped in the breaker. After paying $50 for this "service" my husband and I discovered it was simply a tripped GFI that our ceiling outlet was tied into. We will be looking into other companies in the future should the need arise.

I called Precision to schedule a technician to come out to repair a garage door and they were very helpful. Tony showed up the next morning, on time, and was very professional. He not only repaired the door that was broken but he also did some maintenance on the 2nd garage door. He knew what he was doing and we highly recommend Precision!

I had the Precision ad from an area marketing distribution and called when the garage door wouldn't open. They were able to come sooner than the scheduled window of service, the same day. They evaluated the problem, explained the suggested solution, and were thorough in the installation and reviewing the new door opener with me. Recommended by a friend. You exceeded my expectations, had the parts on the truck to repair my opener. In an hour and a half the opener was repaired and adjusted and checked the door for proper operation and it was all done for less than I thought it would cost.

I made a service call this morning when I found out that one of the torsion springs on my garage door had broken. That was at 9:00 and they sent out Trent to fix the problem. They gave me a two hour window between 10:00 and 12:00. Trent arrived at 10:30 and went straight to work on the problem and in an hour an a half he had replaced both torsion springs and the torsion cables. I was very happy with the service and will recommend them to my friends.

James was so knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to show me how he could tell that the door had been serviced in the past and suggested that when time comes to replace my old chain driven door with a larger power and smoother operating belt drive unit. I’m sure I will take his advice about that soon and wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.

Saturday before Easter and my garage doors were acting like they had a little demon lol. Kept going up and down all by themselves randomly. So thankful that 1) you guys were open, and 2) that Alex could get here quickly and fixed the problem easily. The guy was great, he called me to let me know he was on his way, he looked over everything to see what I needed. He didn’t try to force anyone on me. So I had to get a new spring and cable. He installed it and came and got me and showed me that everything is working great now, so for now on I will be using Precision for now on. Thank you for the service.

Joe was awesome! He helped me replace the light I couldn't reach in the garage...and even when he saw what he was working with, he didn't shy away. I had recently had problems with other contractors from another compan with another job I had, and he more than made up for it. Renewed my faith. He made sure my garage door was working and did it in record time. I will definitely use them again...and hopefully get to work with Joe!

We requested our garage door system to be upgraded. The technician remedied the issues we were having but we still wanted the system upgraded so he did that for us.
