My garage door is over 20 years old. The spring broke. I called Precision door service and of course they couldn't give me a price over the phone. When the service man arrived he told me what it would cost and I couldn't believe it then or today. They replaced the spring and the rollers with the cables. It took no more than 15 minutes. For a spring, labor and two small rollers they charged me over $600.00. I don't know how this company can steel money from seniors like this. This price is unjustifiable. Will never contact this company ever again. I worked on and built buildings all over Chattanooga Tn from Sequa in the 70's to Findley Stadium so I know something about skill and cost. I was a brick mason and I earned my money but today it seems that people think they deserve the money for little service.

Tony actually got to our house 20 minutes before we were told to expect him. He checked our door out, told me what needed to be done, gave me options, and a price. He was quick and thorough. He did a great job.

Not happy. I was quoted over the phone at $498 for the operator, $245 for spring system and $85 if I needed new cables for a total materials, labor and tax of $828. The first time the serviceman showed up he didn't have the correct operator on his truck, only the more expensive one. He left without doing anything. The second time the serviceman showed up he said the cost would be over $1,200 because a "conversion" would be required. Seems like a bait and switch type of operation. Phone quote seemed to cover it all for $828. Then the service man only has the more expensive operator on the truck for an up charge; plus while on site there is no mention of added charges for "conversion". I let the serviceman go on his way without touching the door. I have 23 overhead doors in my business and residential properties and Precision Door will not be considered for anything again.

After numerous power outages my garage door took a hit! Called Monday and they made appt for that afternoon. They called before they arrived and service was completed without any issue. Awesome!

Outstanding company! Appointment, estimate, and replacement all happened within the same day! Ben, the technician, was extremely polite, professional, and hard working. I was totally surprised when he said he could do the job right away-and it was late afternoon. I had two garage door openers removed and replaced and some repairs made to the garage doors. He never hesitated about conquering such a large project. He worked until the job was completed. That's amazing in this day and time! I definitely recommend Precision Doors to all!

Excellent customer service. Garage door opener broke on a Sunday morning. I requested an appointment later in the morning online and received a phone call within a few hours. D. Parson, technician, reported the next day within the timeframe stated, calling prior to give notice of arrival time. He accessed my garage doors, gave an estimate, and after agreement went to work. He did a PDS overhaul on both my garage doors with work completed within 3 hours of arrival. Highly recommend - responsive, timely and courteous service.

The tech was good, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. He never tried to oversell anything. In fact my other door was sopping part way, intermittently, and he replaced the spring which was worn out, to see if that would fix it, and it did, instead of trying to sell me another opener. He gets a 5 for these attributes. GIVE HIM A RAISE OR AT LEAST A GOOD BONUS! Overall I rated a 4 because I just noticed on your web military and first responder discounts. I am a vet and retired fire chief and a senior! Never was offered discount. Bummer. Should have been asked by the person I placed the service call with.

Precision technician called before he came and showed up on time. He was polite and knew his craft well. I now have a great quiet door and I love it!

Fantastic and quick work! not to mention it was same day service I made the phone call at 2:00 p.m. they arrived on schedule at 6:00 p.m. and completed the work within a timely manner. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and introduced himself when he arrived. He checked over everything on both garage doors and made sure they were safe and in good working order.

I have always used Precision for my garage door needs. My garage door would not close this morning. I called them about noon, and they had a service repair man out here by 2:45. It did not take him long to diagnose the problem. I also had him install a new motor on my other garage door. The repairman was Tony. He did a wonderful job. He was very professional. The price was reasonable.
