Drive gear on 20 yr old belt drive Chamberlain garage door opener stripped. Called Precision and got a quick appointment. Joe and a helper (forgot helpers' name - maybe Tony?) arrived on time. They were both very pleasant and professional. Joe went over the garage door components thoroughly. Joe said the old motor could be repaired or a new motor installed. We discussed the options on a new motor so I opted for ordering a new motor. Joe also felt the springs were old and not helping the motor lift the door. The garage door and existing track were in excellent shape. Decided on a new Liftmaster Elite 8550 Series battery backup belt drive. Comes with its own app for wireless remote control. Installed new sensor safety lights and outdoor keypad. Joe made sure I understood everything they were installing and had me watch to verify the safety features worked as advertised. Very pleased with the installation. Joe and his helper were great. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

We had purchased the belt drive opener from Precision a couple of years ago when our old unit started acting up and have been so pleased with how efficient and quiet it operates. Today I went to open door and one of the original hinges holding the panels of door together had broken This was just a few hours before I had to be at work and once again Precision cane thru for us with a same day appointment and fix We are so pleased to know about and tell others about a local company that treats people right. They have been helpful and professional, I would recommend them to anyone.

The technician did not plug the motor into a different outlet to test the unit and said he had no way to test it. I had a new unit put in and it was not the problem as it was the electricity shorted out the outlet. I paid $533 for a new unit that I didn’t need!!!

Very impressed with precision doors, i called at 2:30 with broke garage door spring & wore out bearings. Nick answered our call for service of a "loud" garage door. He was very thorough in his inspection and explained in detail the needed repairs. He provided us with a detailed cost estimate and offered several repair options. My name is Betty, I have had trouble with my ex-husband bothering me and saying things like he was going to hurt me or worse, he knew how to open my garage door and I wanted to get the code changed, but I didn't have a lot of money, I looked on the internet and Precision Door Service stood out, so I called them out to change the code, and I ask them about locks on the door, and they told me about them and they was just what I needed but I really could not afford them right now, but I told the guy to put them on and I would pay him, he noticed other problems with the door, I told him that I could not afford anything else right now, if my ex-husband got in I would just have to take my changes with him, but I knew he would hurt me in some way, he left and made a phone call then he came back to me and told he had called the owner of Precision Doors and the owner was his son (Chuch) and he had told him to put the things on the door, and not to charge me anything, I told him that I needed to pay him at least something, he said no that they wanted to help to keep me safe and a live, I ask if there was anything I could do to repay them in some way help them with someone down the road. I want to thank Chuck in person or phone call I am going to try and get in touch with and let him know how much I appiritate his decision to help me and I think Jesus every day for what I have and for looking over me and helping me, Precision Doors cares about People and there Business. that is the kind of Company that I would do Business with any day of the week, You don't find Company like this very often but when you do you need to support them anyway you can. I was excited to find a company that was available 24/7 and offered evening appointments with no increased service fee. I called and just over two hours later they were at my house installing springs, cables all new hardware on both garage doors. The service men were professional and very personable. They explained the importance of the working parts of the garage door and gave us options on the repair. I would definitely recommend these guys for garage door service!

I called and got same day service with an appointment between 6 and 8 PM. Joe arrived on time, was very knowledgable and professional. He fixed the door very quickly and left the area exactly as it was when he came. I very rarely every give anyone 5 stars but it is well deserved.
