Service tech was on time, very professional, completed work quickly. He also gave me options to consider, just the spring or a "re-build" of the working parts. I went with the re-build, while twice the cost of just replacing the spring, this will reduce the chances of having another service visit. My door is 14 years old and should now last another 15 years. He also recommended using silicon spurs to lube the working parts every 4 months. If you think about the work done, suggestions, in effect means he will not need to come back, except when one of my other two doors has an issue. When that happens I will call Precision again for repair! High marks for the tech!

The wrong door was ordered and we had waited almost 3 weeks before it arrived to be installed today. In addition, our installation time window was 1 to 6 pm, but the installers did not arrive until 4:30. Now a new door has to be ordered, but it was after hours so we could not get an estimated lead time. I certainly hope a rush is put on and we don't have to wait another 3 weeks. The technicians have been courteous, but we are extremely unsatisfied at this point.

My brother recommended Precision when the springs on my garage door broke. Jerry came out to my house around 8:15 pm, Thursday night. The garage door would not always close completely and its movements sounded tormenting, like that would be its last lift. Jerry and I discussed the age of the door and how best to repair. I chose to have him replace all the moving parts... now opening and closing the door is much quieter and efficient. Jerry completed his work in about and hour and headed to his home. Thank you Jerry. Very pleased with the presentation of what Precision could do for my door problem and the carrying out of the work.
