When I called for service, a technician arrived within a couple of hours. Jerry was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained the problem and replaced my garage door lift system and rollers in about 30 minutes. He also explained the warranty and even told me about a Facebook coupon that I could use to save $30. Great experience and I will definitely use and recommend Precision in the future.

What first appealed to me about Precision was their truck's advertisement that a repair of my current unit was a possibility; not just replacing it. I called that morning, they came out by 11:45 and the unit was repaired within 30 minutes. It turned out to be a simple rpm sensor. Jerry was very professional, courteous, and technically adept to ours and other models of the like. He answered all questions effectively and completed all requests completely.
