The service advisor called to ask what the problem and offered to help so as not to charge me for coming out if he can tell me how to fix. I told him that the transmitter is not working, gave him the Model number. I also told him that the garage door is otherwise working but not the remotes. He came and outright said the opener is 100 years old very mockingly( It is 30 yrs old) and that u cannot find that transmitter. He left.I went on google and put the transmitter model number and it is available every where- Amazon, Walmart, and many other garage door places for less than $30. He said you will have to replace ur garage door and I will give you a special for $450. What a deal.NEVER AGAIN TO CALL THESE PEOPLE. THE TECNHICIN HAD NO CLUE HOW TO FIX EXCEPT SELLING A NEW OPENER.

I called on Saturday morning for an appointment to fix my door opener. Joe from Precision Door was at my house and had it fixed by 6:00 pm same day. We found your company in the Chattanooga Yellow Pages. Joe Thomason persuaded us to upgrade the garage door opener mechanism, when he came to repair our slow, cranky door. He installed a second cable and reel, plus a second spring (one each side), a keypad outside, and new remotes. The door itself is still the same one installed when the house was built.

For customer service, promptness, knowledge and politeness of Ben, the outstanding Tech, I give 5 stars. BUT for having no warranty on the preformed work/parts UNLESS you purchase a "limited lifetime warranty" for almost the same cost as the repair is a ZERO and bordering on a scam. Would I use them again? Most likely yes, but I would also shop around first.

Joe did a great job on our garage door replaced spring rollers cables drums bearings it works like a new door thank you Joe for a great and quick job.
