Precision Door has great servuce. I was having trouble with one of my garage doors. I called and serviceman Ben was there in less than two hours and my door was working like new in less than one hour. More. Price was fair and i am very happy.

I went online to search for repair to my garage door and read the great reviews for Precision. My garage door was more than 20 years old and needed a major overhaul. Precision technician called before he came and showed up on time. He was polite and knew his craft well. I now have a great quiet door and I love it!

Fantastic and quick work! not to mention it was same day service I made the phone call at 2:00 p.m. they arrived on schedule at 6:00 p.m. and completed the work within a timely manner. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and introduced himself when he arrived. He checked over everything on both garage doors and made sure they were safe and in good working order.

I have always used Precision for my garage door needs. My garage door would not close this morning. I called them about noon, and they had a service repair man out here by 2:45. It did not take him long to diagnose the problem. I also had him install a new motor on my other garage door. The repairman was Tony. He did a wonderful job. He was very professional. The price was reasonable.

Drive gear on 20 yr old belt drive Chamberlain garage door opener stripped. Called Precision and got a quick appointment. Joe and a helper (forgot helpers' name - maybe Tony?) arrived on time. They were both very pleasant and professional. Joe went over the garage door components thoroughly. Joe said the old motor could be repaired or a new motor installed. We discussed the options on a new motor so I opted for ordering a new motor. Joe also felt the springs were old and not helping the motor lift the door. The garage door and existing track were in excellent shape. Decided on a new Liftmaster Elite 8550 Series battery backup belt drive. Comes with its own app for wireless remote control. Installed new sensor safety lights and outdoor keypad. Joe made sure I understood everything they were installing and had me watch to verify the safety features worked as advertised. Very pleased with the installation. Joe and his helper were great. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I am very pleased with my beautiful new insulated, metal clad garage door and opener. My old door and opener sounded like the house was falling apart. But the new door and opener are whisper quiet. The two workmen were very professional and meticulous. I am a happy customer.

We had purchased the belt drive opener from Precision a couple of years ago when our old unit started acting up and have been so pleased with how efficient and quiet it operates. Today I went to open door and one of the original hinges holding the panels of door together had broken This was just a few hours before I had to be at work and once again Precision cane thru for us with a same day appointment and fix We are so pleased to know about and tell others about a local company that treats people right. They have been helpful and professional, I would recommend them to anyone.

In 2018 we had a new garage door opener installed and the man that came this morning said the wood had settled and it just needed some adjusting. The technician did not plug the motor into a different outlet to test the unit and said he had no way to test it. I had a new unit put in and it was not the problem as it was the electricity shorted out the outlet. I paid $533 for a new unit that I didn’t need!!!

Very impressed with precision doors, i called at 2:30 with broke garage door spring & wore out bearings. The very professional young man called me at 3:30 letting me know he was on his way & by 4:30 my garage door was fixed, thats just 2hrs!! Awesome service!!! Thank you very much !! Nick answered our call for service of a "loud" garage door. He was very thorough in his inspection and explained in detail the needed repairs. He provided us with a detailed cost estimate and offered several repair options. Nick was very pleasant, courteous and patient at all times and we anticipate seeing him again when we will be ready for the actual repairs.

My name is Betty, I have had trouble with my ex-husband bothering me and saying things like he was going to hurt me or worse, he knew how to open my garage door and I wanted to get the code changed, but I didn't have a lot of money, I looked on the internet and Precision Door Service stood out, so I called them out to change the code, and I ask them about locks on the door, and they told me about them and they was just what I needed but I really could not afford them right now, but I told the guy to put them on and I would pay him, he noticed other problems with the door, I told him that I could not afford anything else right now, if my ex-husband got in I would just have to take my changes with him, but I knew he would hurt me in some way, he left and made a phone call then he came back to me and told he had called the owner of Precision Doors and the owner was his son (Chuch) and he had told him to put the things on the door, and not to charge me anything, I told him that I needed to pay him at least something, he said no that they wanted to help to keep me safe and a live, I ask if there was anything I could do to repay them in some way help them with someone down the road. I want to thank Chuck in person or phone call I am going to try and get in touch with and let him know how much I appiritate his decision to help me and I think Jesus every day for what I have and for looking over me and helping me, Precision Doors cares about People and there Business. that is the kind of Company that I would do Business with any day of the week, You don't find Company like this very often but when you do you need to support them anyway you can. I am just a 68 year old waman that was married for 46 years that got a divorce, and theses nice people helped me out. they are real Christians. Thank you Betty

My garage door hasn't been functional for a while. I contacted Precision to make an appointment to have someone come out and take a look and give an estimate. Tony came out the same day and was very informative about what the issues were. He repaired my garage doors and installed a new opener the same day. Tony went above and beyond working in the hot sun and not quitting until the job was done. I am so happy to have my doors functioning again.
