I was excited to find a company that was available 24/7 and offered evening appointments with no increased service fee. I called and just over two hours later they were at my house installing springs, cables all new hardware on both garage doors. The service men were professional and very personable. They explained the importance of the working parts of the garage door and gave us options on the repair. I would definitely recommend these guys for garage door service!

I choose Precision because I have had previous experience with their service. First time was for an automatic door opener and this time was for new springs. Both times, I have been completely satisfied with the repairs and customer service. Joe was very attentive and didn't mind me asking questions. He took time to explain the repair and gave me an estimated figure up front. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable people to work with. A+++

I called and got same day service with an appointment between 6 and 8 PM. Joe arrived on time, was very knowledgable and professional. He fixed the door very quickly and left the area exactly as it was when he came. I very rarely every give anyone 5 stars but it is well deserved.

We had used Precision for service on our old garage door before and were very pleased with them. So when we were ready for a new one, they were our first choice. We ordered a new prairie style double garage door, opener, and total install package. Conner and Ben installed it, were very professional and knowledgeable of the door and programing. It is comforting knowing if we have an issue, they are a phone call away. We give Precision 5 stars!

Jerry called and came to the house. Very nice person and definitely knows what he is doing. I had purchased a side by side UTV and after I got it home it was too tall for my toy garage. Jerry assessed the problem on the spot, told me what I needed so I ordered it!! New door with higher tracks and a door opener! Oh and by the way as he was leaving I had him to check our main double car garage door. After inspecting it, Jerry showed me some serious safety flaws and recommended changing it out with new door and the door opener! I give Jerry 5 stars plus 1!!

We had a broken spring on our garage door and Joe came out this afternoon to repair. He quickly replaced the springs and did a complete overhaul on our existing door. Joe is a courteous and professional technician and we couldn't be more pleased.

My name is Betty, I have had trouble with my ex-husband bothering me and saying things like he was going to hurt me or worse, he knew how to open my garage door and I wanted to get the code changed, but I didn't have a lot of money, I looked on the internet and Precision Door Service stood out, so I called them out to change the code, and I ask them about locks on the door, and they told me about them and they was just what I needed but I really could not afford them right now, but I told the guy to put them on and I would pay him, he noticed other problems with the door, I told him that I could not afford anything else right now, if my ex-husband got in I would just have to take my changes with him, but I knew he would hurt me in some way, he left and made a phone call then he came back to me and told he had called the owner of Precision Doors and the owner was his son (Chuch) and he had told him to put the things on the door, and not to charge me anything, I told him that I needed to pay him at least something, he said no that they wanted to help to keep me safe and a live, I ask if there was anything I could do to repay them in some way help them with someone down the road. I want to thank Chuck in person or phone call I am going to try and get in touch with and let him know how much I appiritate his decision to help me and I think Jesus every day for what I have and for looking over me and helping me, Precision Doors cares about People and there Business. that is the kind of Company that I would do Business with any day of the week, You don't find Company like this very often but when you do you need to support them anyway you can. I am just a 68 year old waman that was married for 46 years that got a divorce, and theses nice people helped me out. they are real Christians. Thank you Betty
