Jerry called before he arrived. He was on time & very friendly.He said that the door needed overhauled. He installed a new opener to replace the defective one & overhauled the door with the new type springs & nylon rollers, now the door is very quiet. This is a 18' wood door & very heavy. Can now be raised with one hand if need be. I would do business with Precision again.

Excellent and professional service. I appreciate the tech photos so you know who is coming to your house. I called Saturday morning and had an appointment between 3 - 5. My tech, Jerry B., called prior to coming and actually got there early. He explained my options, I made my decision, he went to work and quickly completed the job. I have a new spring, new rollers and the door is so much quieter!

Great job on the install. Quite expensive though. Installer said he would install our existing "eyes" beside the other door but didn't have the brackets (the previous owner had just put them on top of the opener so it would work). I wish he could get the brackets and come back and do it for us. Then all would be complete. For $449.00 for one garage door opener, I would think that's enough money to cover that little job as well. He was going to try to but suddenly remembered he didn't have any extra brackets. We would love to see someone come back and do that for us.

Got several calls right away, although no one seemed to relay the information that I would not be home until later afternoon. Two different people called two different times to set up earlier appointments. I found that quite disruptive.

I had a broken spring on my garage door and called Precision to replace the spring since my daughter had used them before and she was pleased with the service. The service Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me he would replace the spring but also pointed out some other things that may need service. Since my garage door is 15 years old I told him to do whatever needed to be done. The seal on the bottom of my garage door was also tore up so I asked him if he could replace that and he told me yes. I would have actually gave them a 5 star rating but the price he gave me to replace the seal was really high in my opinion. I was charged $8 a foot to replace the rubber seal. I'm sure the Service Tech uses the companies pricing but I thought this was extremely high. The Service Tech performed the work in a timely manner and I was please with all he did with the exception of the price for the seal which I know wasn't his fault. I would use them again if needed.

Harold and I have used Precision Doors twice for garage door repairs. We feel that the service is always outstanding. The technicians were fair, honest, and willing to go beyond what is expected. The technicians who serviced our doors were very knowledge and eager to fix the problem as well as help us figure out other problems that might be going on with our garage doors. Jerry worked on one of my garage doors about a year ago and I was very pleased with his service. When I had a problem with my other garage door, I didn't hesitate to call Precision again. Although the cost for the repair this time was higher than anticipated, I decided to do everything necessary to assure the door was operating smoothly.

Joe was my technician and he was great. He was professional and conscientious. My door was really jacked up and Joe had it ready to go in no time. The rollers that they use really are better than what my door came with and you could really tell the difference with how easily the door opened by hand. It took little effort. One great thing about these guys is they are the only company that works on Saturday in Chattanooga. Huge plus! Very impressed with them based on my experience! I purchased new rollers, springs, cables and weather stripping in addition to the repair.

I love being able to look on my garage door sticker and get your number! I also love that I called and had a technician here in 2 hours! I am very pleased with the work done on my garage door. Other companies wanted to sell me a new garage door. I am 83 and retired! I could NOT afford a new door! I had Joe and he was excellent and was very thorough for the simplicity of what needed to be done. The initial problem was my garage remote wouldn't work and had tried multiple remotes which didn't work. He also checked the door and rollers and even showed me a couple of things with the garage that I didn't know about.
