I called for a garage door opener repair and was thinking in the line of getting the entire door replaced. Conner was excellent. He called when he was about 30 minutes out. Was very professional and open with his recommendations. Basically replaced a spring and pulley system on 2 doors with 2 torsion systems while refreshing the rollers. Completed the job in just a couple of hours. Like I said, very professional in his performance and attitude. I will recommend Precision to others.
