After the initial inspection it was determined that the doors themselves were in good condition, but other parts needed to be replaced. After a quick review of the estimated cost a decision was made to go ahead and do the repair work. The job was able to be handled on the spot and was completed within 2 hours. The technician knew exactly what he was doing and went above and beyond what was requested to get the job done.

The reason I chose Precision is your advert of 24/7 hours service, which turned out not to be true. I called late afternoon (it was still light out), but was told no one could come until the following day. I could not get my door to stay closed and had to ask an elderly neighbor to close it manually for me. The mechanic, Joe, was extremely nice and competent. It would have been a 5-star recommendation if not for your failure of service as advertised.

Jerry came very promptly on Monday a.m. & was a very professional in his approach to my needed repair work. Old house, old springs, old rollers & cables---the whole works needed replacement. He took care of business in a neat efficient manner & explained the whole process as well as costs etc. I would highly recommend this young man who really knows his business.

Very happy with the work quality and the whole experience. The information on the website was very helpful. Really liked knowing who the representative would be and the picture insured our comfort level when he arrived. Our service person was a craftsman and very thorough. The job required more than just cables and even though it was bigger than expected, late to insure we had an operational door. Over the top customer service!

I choose Precision from the ad in the yellow pages - liked that it was a family owned business. I was pleased with the friendliness of the office staff when I called with the problem on an old garage door. Appreciated the email I received confirming the appointment (same day service) and the info on the technician coming to the house. Jerry was most pleasant and very professional in explaining the problem and giving me options as to how to handle it. At this time I am not sure what avenue I will take, but I will certainly call Precision again and will highly recommend them to friends.
