My wife called in because our garage door would not lower. Only place she called that wasn't booked until after the New Year. Joe came out that afternoon, did a thorough inspection, made his recommendation, and offered three different levels of service to get it back in working condition. He took the time to not only explain it to her; he also spoke with me over the phone and explained exactly what the problem was and what was involved in each estimate. We went with an overhaul which he stated was warrantied for five years. Even got a discount for having just recently retired from the military. Could not be more pleased with the quality of service and value. Highly recommend Precision and will be our "go to" for any future work.

Your ad said "same day service". I called around 3 pm on a Friday and sure enough Joe was here at 8 pm to repair the cables and pulleys on my garage door. I'm really pleased that I didn't have to wait until Monday...fearing all weekend the cable would snap and come crashing down on me and or my vehicle. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family !

After a garage door malfunction disaster, we had to get it fixed. Chatted online with a Precision rep, who helped us schedule an appointment the following day. Jerry (our technician) came out, calling to advise when he'd arrive. He was at our home before the appointment time and set to work quickly, diagnosing the multiple issues we had. He was quick, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Jerry explained what our options were and the benefits of each. Once we decided the best course of action, and he was done in about an hour. The lifetime warranty gives us peace of mind, and we'd recommend Precision and Jerry without hesitation.

I was very impressed with the service I received to repair my garage door. The technician, Joe T, looked over every aspect of the door and explained what was broken as well as what was showing wear. He didn't just explain; he showed me the actual problems. He gave me several options on what could be done, and when I chose what I wanted he carried out the work right then and there. I would certainly recommend this company and won't hesitate to use them again.

Jerry is prompt and professional. He replaced a set of bad safety eyes. Before he left the new set malfunctioned so he wired in another set. This pair is working good. Just hope this problem with sensors isn't a common one as there is no warranty with them.

The company was the most expensive of the three estimates I received. There was no offer to repair just replace. Rating of 2 because they showed up as scheduled.

Jerry called before he arrived. He was on time & very friendly.He said that the door needed overhauled. He installed a new opener to replace the defective one & overhauled the door with the new type springs & nylon rollers, now the door is very quiet. This is a 18' wood door & very heavy. Can now be raised with one hand if need be. I would do business with Precision again.
