We used this company because they are a member of the BBB with an excellent rating. We dealt with both Caleb and Jerry. Both were great technicians. Never any pressure and helpful. Our new garage door is wonderful and now the garage door opener has new bushing so we will be set for a long time. Thank you for the good work and service.

Joe quoted $465.00 for replacement of a torque master bar from Wayne Dalton. I responded that was way out of what we had expected and we would wait. He said his call bill would be $65.00 and I told him that was high for 20 min. He said he had to drive over (we live 8 min. from bus). He was courteous an I paid him. McSpadden replaced the bar a few hours later for $229 total labor and parts. Your prices are out of line

Site was referred to me by Home Advisor on the web. They called in less than an hour after I made the request on line. Technician came to the house at the appointed time and gacve me a quote with several options in a matter of minutes. I decided to let him do the job even though the cost was a little higher than I expected but he also upgraded the door which I had not anticipated. He did the work immediately and I am very pleased with the job he did.
