We purchased our home a year and a half ago. In that time, we had Preston replace an opener and a spring. We decided to replace both single garage doors. On Thursday, March 7, 2024. They are going to install Monday, March 11, 2024. That is crazy good. So happy with all the work they have done. Five stars.

We had a door emergency that rendered the door unusable and off its rails and, while I know there us an element of luck involved, they were actually able to get out within a half an hour and had our door fixed about 40 minutes later in time for us to go out on a movie date we had been planning without leaving the front of our house wide open. Given how many repairs of this nature are now booked weeks to months out that was pretty fantastic! Aron was the tech and he was very friendly as well as fast.

Excellent service from Precision Door company. Tony replaced the faulty wiring for the safety sensors on an up-and-over garage door in less than an hour. Tony was very thorough and completed the repair in less than an hour! He also checked and lubricated our garage door, which now opens and closes flawlessly! A first-class job!

I booked online at 8:30 for a 9-11 appointment slot the same day. Two technicians (Hunter and Jon) were out here at 10:00. They fixed the issue and tuned up some other things that needed attention that I was unaware of. Very pleased with the service, ease of getting appointment, friendliness and professionalism. My work was under warranty and I didn't even know, so that was an added bonus!

A soring broke on my garage door and I scheduled an online appt for 0900 to 1100 window the following day. At 0840 the morning of my appointment, Jon called and said he was 40 minutes. He was a true professional, puntuall and did a complete assessment of my door, springs and overall function and made recommended replacement. Within an hour. I had an overhauled quiet functioning garage door again. Really impressed with Jon and Precision door. Highly recommend.

This is THE company for garage door repair. I needed the springs replaced on my garage door. Tyson came to the house earlier than scheduled. He called to tell me he was on his way. By the way, there was still snow and ice on the roads when he came out. He suggested the right replacement for my springs, and 20 minutes later, he had my garage door opening and closing like new.

Tony did a jam up job for us on a Sunday evening. The door failed in the partial open position and low temperatures and snow were in the forecast. Called Precision and within an hour Tony was on site, gave a quote and got to work. He had all the parts stocked in his service truck. Couple hours later the door had been rebuilt and we were good to go.

First time I have used Precision. Don't know if all their technicians are as dedicated to their work as Hunter, but that young man was impressive!! Ended up staying on job until 9:30 PM - in the cold - to make sure the job was done and done right. Would be glad to use them again - for that reason. Thank you Hunter!

Due to a broken door spring, we contacted Precision whom we had used about ten years prior for repair. We were very pleased with them then. Hunter Adams was our technician, he arrived precisely on the appointment time. He introduced himself to me and I pointed out the broken spring. He then explained everything he was going to do beginning with his inspection. After inspection he showed me the significant wear on the rollers, drums and cables which was very evident once he pointed it out to me. He recommended a replacement of these. He worked up a price, including a senior/veteran discount and we agreed on the price. He began his work and was very efficient and had it completed in good time. Hunter was very friendly, professional and good at his job. I recommend him and Precision highly.

Hunter was excellent. He arrived on time, checked everything out, gave me an estimate and completed the work promptly. Prices were quite a bit higher than I thought, but at least I was given a 5 year guarantee. I hope & trust the company backs this up.

My wife accidently backed into the garage door before it was completely up. In doing so, one of the rollers was knocked off the track. I thought I could repair it but was unable to remove one of the screws that held the roller to the door. I called Precision, since I had used them before and was very satisfied with their customer service. They sent Anthony, their tech to fix the problem. It took him less than 5 minutes to repair the roller to the track and told me why I couldn't get the last screw out and that it would have been terrible for it to come out because the bracket was holding the cable that raises and lowers the door. Anthony was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I would gladly recommend Precision to anyone who needs excellent quality in the product and outstanding customer service.

Called Precision at 2:30 and Jon arrived at 4:30. He was polite, respectful and very professional. He examine our door and determined we needed a major overhaul. He showed us the difference between what we had and the better option. Once the work was completed, he went over required maintenance to keep our door in tiptop shape. Great service was provided.
