The garage spring broke on Friday afternoon. Precision actually works the weekend which other repair companies I contacted were closed. So wanting to get the job done, I had Precision come out. I was very pleased with the service and the repairman. Good job!

Garage door opener broke at about 10 pm. on Sat. night. Unable to get car out. Found that Precision had 24/7 answering service (with a real person). Made appointment for next am (Sunday).Repairman (Tony Parson)was on time and did an excellant job which included replacing the tube rail and the straps supporting the motor making it much steadier. My rating: 10 of 10.

The door cables needed replaced at a minimum. The door was about to fall off. I used the online chat option on a Saturday night. Appt was made for Monday morning. Tony arrived on time. We spoke about the repairs needed. The door was repaired within two hours and is working great. Great communication and timely repair! New cables, springs, rollers. 20 year old door that we hope lasts another 20 years. Tony was great!

Tony Parson provided excellent service. He replaced the galvanized aluminum spring installed by a different company with a more durable black torsion spring as well as more durable cable drums. He also installed two stronger struts to replace the thin weak strut that had bowed under the pulling stress of the garage door opener and probably contributed to the broken torsion spring. Bob K.

We closed our garage on Friday afternoon to the sound of a large bang. We immediately checked and the springs were broken and along with a cable. Its 5:30 and who to call? My husband remembered your name from a commercial on TV. He looked up the number and called. Yea, someone answered. The lady scheduled us for the next morning from 9-11. What on a Saturday! The technician (Matt C) called us 30 minutes before 9 stating he would be here at 9. Wow, he showed up on time, was informative and got to work. He finished in an hour. We couldn't be more pleased with everyone we talked to. Keep up the great Customer Service that you have. It is a breath of fresh air from most of the businesses we have encountered. We had an obvious broken spring and called Precision. Preston Stocktoncame when they said he would. Preston was extremely professional and came with a fully stocked truck. The tech diagnosed the troubles and explained in detail the issues and what he suggested to remedy the situation. He completed a door rebuild in about an hr and everything was completed as he quoted. I bought a door from you in 2019. With a low clearance in the garage the installers had to work really hard in order to get everything working correctly. From the first person that came to work on my door in 2019 him being fair and honest with me unlike another company I decided to go ahead and get a new door every tho he got the old one to work. Andrew was just as good and had to work hard because of the low clearance he did a great job and we are well pleased.

I have used your company in the past to replace a garage door. I have recommended your company to many people for excellent service and expertise. My experience today was very poor. I called to see about getting up to 3 doors installed on a metal shop building that has 3: 9 ft wide by 8 ft tall swing open doors. I want to replace with a garage roll up door. The young man you sent out was not capable of assessing my door installation. I told him I had a concern on two of the doors (one with tight headroom and one not square on the bottom. He looked in the building and immediately started trying to call for help and could not get an answer for several minutes. He took NO measurement of any kind. He finally got someone to answer and described the one door with a tight headroom problem and told me the door would have to be framed down to 7 ft tall without any measurements. There was no discussion about the other two doors that did not have the same headroom concern. The young man left, and I felt like it was a complete waste of my time, and I will now have to get a different company to send out someone with experience to assess my installation. I am sure the young gentleman is a good employee, but some supervisor/manager is putting him in situations he has not been trained to address.
