When we discovered the broken garage door spring while our vehicles were inside the garage, we were dismayed. I called Precision and a tech Tyson arrived in about an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem (not installed properly when our house was built), explained repair options along with the cost for each option, and moved forward with the repair. He had everything needed on the truck and completed the job in an hour. Thank you, Precision and thank you to Tyson!

Precision Door Service is great to get right out and on the job! I had used Northgate Doors for years and years. I can't get them to come out anymore! It's always at least a week and maybe two. I am pleased with Precision's pricing as well! I highly recommend them to do garage door work!! I have used Precision Door Service more than once! I had excellent service about 8 years ago with Joe Thomason and so I called Precision with my new problem. Your technician, Anthony Storino, called me that he was arriving in about 30 minutes and arrived on time. After we discussed the job and I received the estimate, he went right to work with no wasted movements that I could see. He did a first-class job on the repair. He was finished in a couple of hours, much sooner than I had expected. Everything worked perfectly. He gave me a suggestion for the correct lubrication for the door. I will certainly call Precision if I need more garage door work.

Saturday morning holiday weekend the spring on the door failed. I made the call to Precision around 11 am, by 3:30 they were at my house and the repairs were completed by around 5pm. The technician Ben was knowledgeable, polite, and focused on providing the information I needed to make repair decisions. In todays world of no customer service and scheduling appointments 3 weeks out this was a very pleasant experience. I will recommend Precision to all.

These guys took care of business. Tyson was very helpful and knowledgeable. He replaced our torsion spring with the correct size spring, identified the fact that the original installers didn't do it correctly, made it right, and all in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs!!

Incredibly fast service and very pleasant tech (Anthony) who took time to explain the source and correction of the problem. Very much appreciated the patience with my questions and now I have a double door I can lift with two-fingers -- a huge consideration for a small, mature woman. :-) Very professional, friendly customer service from initial contact with the efficient, helpful Chat Agent to completion; HIGHLY recommend.
