Hunter was excellent. He arrived on time, checked everything out, gave me an estimate and completed the work promptly. Prices were quite a bit higher than I thought, but at least I was given a 5 year guarantee. I hope & trust the company backs this up.

My wife accidently backed into the garage door before it was completely up. In doing so, one of the rollers was knocked off the track. I thought I could repair it but was unable to remove one of the screws that held the roller to the door. I called Precision, since I had used them before and was very satisfied with their customer service. They sent Anthony, their tech to fix the problem. It took him less than 5 minutes to repair the roller to the track and told me why I couldn't get the last screw out and that it would have been terrible for it to come out because the bracket was holding the cable that raises and lowers the door. Anthony was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I would gladly recommend Precision to anyone who needs excellent quality in the product and outstanding customer service.

Called Precision at 2:30 and Jon arrived at 4:30. He was polite, respectful and very professional. He examine our door and determined we needed a major overhaul. He showed us the difference between what we had and the better option. Once the work was completed, he went over required maintenance to keep our door in tiptop shape. Great service was provided.

We are extremely satisfied with the Precision Door Service. We noticed our garage door wouldn’t open due to the broken TORSION SPRINGS. Gave them a call; they immediately sent technicians who replaced all the broken parts and fixed the issue in just about thirty minutes. Very professional, amicable and diligent technicians. I took advantage of a weekly special to have my garage door checked out. It had been making awful screeching sounds, plus I was having problems with it working properly with three openers. Anthony was my technician and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was right on time, explained everything in detail-even spoke with my husband on the phone, told me it would take an about and he was done in exactly an hour. I called at 5am, got scheduled for 9am to have my garage door fixed. Highly recommend!

Called at 8 in the morning made appointment for 12-2. Anthony was prompt, efficient and explained the process. The cost was a little higher than quoted before the arrival but the increase was to replace worn parts that would have eventually caused further damage. After speaking to Anthony I opted to take on the increased cost as preventive measures. There was no extra pressure and in fact he was starting the original repairs that I had requested without trying to pressure me. As we talked it was evident it would pay off in the long run. The weight of the double width steel back insulated door falling due to a cable, bearing or pully failure would have been catastrophic and more expensive than fixing it while the spring was being replaced.

I wanted to give a shout out and 5 star review (I would give 10 stars if possible!) to an awesome company...Precision! This company is TOP NOTCH, and I appreciate their quick response time, their attentiveness to every situation, their honesty, their loyalty, and the integrity that they display in all that they do! I had a garage door issue a couple of weeks ago, and not only did Precision show up quickly, but it turned out that my garage 'issue' was an operator error. (The sensor had come loose off the track.) The representative, John, was not only understanding, and extremely gracious when he 'recognized the issue', but he accepted my 'operator error apology' and never charged me a penny for the service call, and for something that turned out to be a mistake of my own doing - not theirs! Wow! I cannot speak highly enough about this company! Thank you, Precision, for ALL you do, and for being a gracious and honest company to call upon! You are a life-saver!!

Due to a broken door spring, we contacted Precision whom we had used about ten years prior for repair. We were very pleased with them then. Hunter Adams was our technician, he arrived precisely on the appointment time. He introduced himself to me and I pointed out the broken spring. He then explained everything he was going to do beginning with his inspection. After inspection he showed me the significant wear on the rollers, drums and cables which was very evident once he pointed it out to me. He recommended a replacement of these. He worked up a price, including a senior/veteran discount and we agreed on the price. He began his work and was very efficient and had it completed in good time. Hunter was very friendly, professional and good at his job. I recommend him and Precision highly.
