Well folks, I've studied this invoice.1st you don't know how to fill it out right. Nobody knows what they really paid for in the price of the parts and the labor.The total bill is ridiculous. Take the bearing plates. 150,00 each I've seen then for 20.00 dollars -/+ What did they cost? If it was around 20 dollars the labor of 130 dollars is damn good labor to make in screwing on one of these plates. this whole work is figured the same way. this shouldn't have cost no more than a few hundred dollars.I'm guessing but I figure that probably 900-1000 dollar labor for this one hour and 30 minutes time is the same as stealing. This goes for the rollers at 33.00 each for 330.00 dollars. I've seen the price of some around 50 -60 dollars for a set of 10. MIKE ARNOLD

Precision was open on Saturday and we had a pressing issue/ possible safety issue and needed someone sooner than waiting until the following Monday. Someone promptly answered my call, assisted me and got an appointment set up for the same afternoon. The tech, Scott, was right on time, polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything and ended up correcting our issues and getting us back in business. Would highly recommend this company and Scott Hewen!

Our contractor insisted on using another door company to fix the problems that the sheet rock people had created. That person told us it would be $475 to replace something called the operator. I insisted that we call your company because you had put the door in and we had no problems with it. You came the very next day, not a week and a half later, and fixed it within a few minutes. The fee was zero dollars. Thank you for your continued support, your friendly staff, And the great knowledge that your workers have.

Disappointed to say the least with your service on a 5 year old garage door opener that you sold new. The $65.00 for a fifteen min. service charge for something you don't stock parts should have been explained when making the appointment for service. The original cost of the opener was $500.00 including installation, your quote of $400.00 and 3 weeks to replace a blown circuit board seemed high but the $900.00 replacement was a no-brainer when compared to your competitor's $200.00 to repair or $500.00 replacement both within a week quote. Good luck with your business your going to need it at this rate.

I had to replace two older (12+ year-old) chain drive openers after one of them started malfunctioning. It was easy to make an appointment for service and there was good communication to confirm and to remind me about the appt. The technician, Matt C. was prompt, professional, and courteous. He got the new belt-drive openers installed, showed me the features, and got our remotes programmed all in about two hours. I'm very happy with my new openers and with the service from Precision.
