Our technician, Chris, was prompt, courteous, friendly, and very thorough in his work. He explained all options to us before starting, and explained all services performed when the job was completed. He explained the breakdown of charges, and offered insights regarding the future life of the door. Yesterday evening, my garage door broke the springs that assist the opener. Since Precision Door had installed this door many years ago, I went to their website last night and scheduled a service call. I simply clicked on the Dalton area tab and picked a time. To confirm, I called their office early this morning and to my surprise, the appointment had been booked online, and the technician was on the way. The online system really works. Anthony from Precision arrived, assessed the situation and got to work. In a short period of time he had the springs replaced, new cables installed, and a general door tune-up completed. Anthony was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He adjusted everything perfectly. The door operation is so much quieter now that it has been serviced and properly adjusted. Another pleasant surprise: Since I had originally purchased the door from Precision, my service was covered under warranty. I had not even considered this but is a very compelling reason to purchase your door from Precision. I would highly recommend buying your next door or door service from these guys.

The door cables needed replaced at a minimum. The door was about to fall off. I used the online chat option on a Saturday night. Appt was made for Monday morning. Tony arrived on time. We spoke about the repairs needed. The door was repaired within two hours and is working great. Great communication and timely repair! New cables, springs, rollers. 20 year old door that we hope lasts another 20 years. Tony was great!
