I wanted to give a shout out and 5 star review (I would give 10 stars if possible!) to an awesome company...Precision! This company is TOP NOTCH, and I appreciate their quick response time, their attentiveness to every situation, their honesty, their loyalty, and the integrity that they display in all that they do! I had a garage door issue a couple of weeks ago, and not only did Precision show up quickly, but it turned out that my garage 'issue' was an operator error. (The sensor had come loose off the track.) The representative, John, was not only understanding, and extremely gracious when he 'recognized the issue', but he accepted my 'operator error apology' and never charged me a penny for the service call, and for something that turned out to be a mistake of my own doing - not theirs! Wow! I cannot speak highly enough about this company! Thank you, Precision, for ALL you do, and for being a gracious and honest company to call upon! You are a life-saver!!

When I had an emergency, Someone from Precision was Jonny on the spot for me as my garage was full of furniture for an estate sale. Though the price was painful for a new Genie, the problem was taken care of in little more than an hour from time of my call. Amazing technician so easy to work with.
