I called late morning time and was advised someone would be at my house between three and five o'clock. Just before three Graham (spelling?) told me he was on his way and would be arriving in about twenty five minutes. He arrived and finished the job around five o'clock and checked it. Graham was hardworking and a pleasure to talk with while he worked. He presented both knowledgeable and professional in explaining and doing the job. It was even more enjoyable to run into someone who knew people I knew from my past and could tell me about them today. The door was even quieter than it ever has been and I thank him for the suggestions to make other fixes as well. Highly recommend using this company.

What great service! I called Precision Door in Chattanooga and explained my problem to the receptionist. Within 20 minutes Tyson, a repair technician, called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he explained the the cause of my problem and what needed to be done. Within 30 minutes or so, a new motor had been installed, and Tyson had explained everything to me in detail. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. This type of attitude from everyone I've come in contact with at Precision Door is the reason I keep coming back. Thank you Tyson, and everyone at Precision Door.

Graham Bickerson repaired my garage door on May 15, 2023. He was here 45 minutes after I called; he quickly found the problem of my garage door not closing. Excellent and quick service... I called around noon on 5/10/2023 and received call from technician, Anthony Storino. He was at my home in about an hour... explained parts I needed and completed installation that same day. Needed new opener and spring. Very professional and knowledgeable service.

Tony, the installer did a very good job. He was very professional. Explained in detail the work he was doing, and gave us an estimate of the cost . Fortunately, he was able to complete the job on his first visit. He also programmed my car remote at no charge. I would highly reccommend him to all my friends.
