1. Did we meet your expectations? 2. Did we solve your problem? No, primarily because the technician could find no solution to the door damaging the vinyl trim when it opens up. To be fair, some have said that if the garage door opening was not curved at either end but squared off, then this would not happen. If it is a matter of how the doors are cut, then why hasn't my second garage door damaged the vinyl trim? Is it possible that there is a difference in how my 5-year old Precision Linear PDS800 Belt Driven D/C Powered Opener (associated with the damaged vinyl trim) and my 19-year old Lift Master Professional 1/2 H.P. (that hasn't damaged the trim) have been engineered? I don't know! 3. Were the people who represent our company courteous and professional? Were they helpful? The technician who came out, Matt, was all of these things and more! He went out of his way to find a solution to this problem. Fantastic all the way around! 4. Was there anything in our advertising that gave you more confidence? Not particularly. 5. Final thoughts: Although we customers should know that most companies charge a truck fee regardless of whether the issue is resolved or not, I think it would be a good customer service detail if the office that sets the appointment tells the customer that there will be a truck charge even if the problem isn't resolved ... "Do you still wish us to come out?" Trust me, it would be much appreciated!

This is the second time with them. 1st door was done a year ago. Did such a great job, called them when the 2nd door popped. Called ahead to ensure someone was home and a text with a picture of the technician and his name. He was on time, very polite, and worked hard. The new hardware is quiet and smooth. I would never waste a call to anyone else except Precision Garage Doors. My garage door came off the rails preventing my wife from leaving the house for her manicure at 1:00. I scheduled the appointment for the morning of her manicure, and Hunter was there at 9:00, fixed the door for a reasonable price, and my wife could make her manicure! Happy Wife! Happy Life!

Several years ago, Precision Doors did an excellent job of replacing our garage door springs so I contacted them for help addressing a problem we were having with the door closing consistently. Their service technician diagnosed the problem and recommended a new door opener. He installed it and programmed our car’s Homelink to communicate with the opener. The work was done quickly and he was very professional.

I booked an appointment this morning for 1:00-3:00pm. The technician Patrick Stockon arrived at 12:45 , 15 minutes early. He assessed the situation and explained what my door needed . He was very polite and friendly and answered my questions. Once the repairs were started I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He rebuilt my door and installed a new opener in less than two hours inside a garage that was at least 100 degrees. If you have any garage door issues I highly recommend Precision Door Service. These guys are the best.
