My garage door is over 20 years old. The spring broke. I called Precision door service and of course they couldn't give me a price over the phone. When the service man arrived he told me what it would cost and I couldn't believe it then or today. They replaced the spring and the rollers with the cables. It took no more than 15 minutes. For a spring, labor and two small rollers they charged me over $600.00. I don't know how this company can steel money from seniors like this. This price is unjustifiable. Will never contact this company ever again. I worked on and built buildings all over Chattanooga Tn from Sequa in the 70's to Findley Stadium so I know something about skill and cost. I was a brick mason and I earned my money but today it seems that people think they deserve the money for little service.

Anthony was just great: the job turned out to be tougher than either he or I had expected but he reacted appropriately and got it done - with the help and support of a few of his colleagues. He is a really excellent ambassador for your company and I hope he is appropriately recognized - I truly appreciate all he did for me.

Anthony has done work for me before at my residence but this time I needed help at my rental property. From Signal Mtn to Ringgold, I get the same tech and the exact same service which was top notch! He made sure my garage door was safe and in proper working order for my tenants. Thanks again for the fast response time & quality of service!

I saw the name of the company on the internet and recognized it immediately. When I called the contact person was very professional and answered all my questions. I was scheduled the next day for service and Tony did a great job, was in and out in no time after replacing the bent rail and making adjustments to my overhead garage door. I was very satisfied with the company and all persons involved.

I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone that needs garage door repairs. I had a torsion spring break on my garage door, called Precision around 5:00 PM on a Friday and they had a technician at my house at 9:00 the next morning. Tony the technician explained to me there were way more issues than just a broken spring on the 50 year old wooden garage door. He replaced all the worn out parts and the door works great now!

The young gentleman who came to my house- I think his name is Tyson- was extremely courteous and fixed my garage door immediately. But without even trying he sold me on buying a new garage door. You need all your technicians to be like him!

Precision Door Service came "same day service" as advertised. I used them several years ago for a auto garage door repair, in a different location and was just as satisfied then as I was today. Aaron Smith was my tech and he was friendly and professional and found the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. Quick success, garage door working properly, and I was only charged for a service call. I could not be more pleased. Thank you.

I was extremely happy with Derricks service call, fix and conversation. Also want to complement the front end of this 1st time experience with Precision - the lady who took my call and got the appropriate details and set the appointment was very professional and seemingly experienced. I would use Precision again and recommend it to anyone needing help with their garage door. Thanks everyone.
