I called as soon as they opened at 7:30 and by 9:00 a technician was at my house repairing my garage door. He was very professional and efficient and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company.

Alex called me and told me his ETA was 30 minutes which I thought was very professional. Upon arrival Alex was very friendly and professional. He explained everything that was wrong with my doors and explained what needed to be done to correct the issue. He corrected all my issues very quickly and both my garage doors were like new again. We normally used another garage door company but the problem occurred on a Saturday anf they didn't work on Saturday. I called Precision and they came out that day. We had to have a strut put on the door and added new rollers as these were 20 years old. Trent was excellent, very professional and courteous. I will use Precision Garage Door from now on. Thank you so much.

We requested our garage door system to be upgraded. The technician remedied the issues we were having but we still wanted the system upgraded so he did that for us. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable technician. We had one garage door done a couple of years ago and have been very happy with the workmanship. Now the other door is done. Would recommend this company anytime.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did an outstanding job of removing our old garage door and installing a new door with windows that add to the overall appearance. The two guys who put in the new door did so in about an hour and a half. And, we are more than pleased with the result. We chose Precision after reviewing many positive online reviews and we recommend Precision to anyone looking to add or replace a garage door.

Today my sister and I had Precision Garage Doors repair our existing door. And, due to so many good reviews of the company, ordered a new garage door to match our present outside color. We were very pleased with the gentleman who came by. He helped us select and design our new door. We look forward to have our new garage door installed. And, we'd recommend the company to others. Irene Parker and Eileen Himes East Brainerd And, in the process, ordered a new door to go with my present house color. The gentleman who assisted me and my sister did a fine job and helped so much with our new door decisions (style, color, etc.). We were more than happy with Precision's prompt response to our call for repair work as well as help with the new door we ordered. Nick was on time to check our doors. He inspected both doors and could not find any problems. He recommended we consider replacing the motor on both doors. I advised him that we will probably let him replace the motors in the near future. He was very nice and answered all my questions.

My name is chuck Cameron. I noticed my garage door spring broken Friday morning. I have used precision door multiple times for my rentals but it has been a few years. Technician arrived and was asked to please replace my spring and cable. My garage door has worked fine before the spring broke. I left for work, my wife calls me to say spring is on but door not working at all. We need a capacitor for the motor we are told. 45 more dollars but tech did not have part. Offered my wife a new motor for 541 dollars. What kind of morons do you think your customers are? I had my wife pay him and ask the tech to please leave. I arrived home , with the correct capacitor to install. Well looky here the old ones not even plugged in and when I do plug it in its not bad. This rude and unkept technician just wanted to sell us more stuff. I thought surely not so I go to my van and get my amp meter and set it to capacitance. There is nothing wrong with the capacitor other than he took the wires off to try to sell my wife a new garage door opener after I left and told him all I want is Springs and wires. This man took my $541 and left my wife at home with a garage door that does not operate he didn't even offer to go get the part that he says he needed. I don't know what happened in the couple of years that I didn't need this company but from this experience I won't be calling him again. Absolutely rediculous

Joe was awesome! He helped me replace the light I couldn't reach in the garage...and even when he saw what he was working with, he didn't shy away. I had recently had problems with other contractors from another compan with another job I had, and he more than made up for it. Renewed my faith. He made sure my garage door was working and did it in record time. I will definitely use them again...and hopefully get to work with Joe!
