You MORE than met expectations. Tony came within the time period he advised ... on a Saturday afternoon. I had called another company that advertised as 24/7 repair but was told that it does not include weekends. The lady who took our call at Precision was very nice and helpful. OMG! I couldn’t believe how fast it was. Appointment the next day. Garage door wouldn’t open or close all the way. Turned out it was the opener. We saw that too. The gear was totally shot. They agreed. Replaced the opener. That was a lot $. However, the new opener is so quiet and so small an Wi-Fi enabled. They walked us through all of the steps to activate that and the basic operation of the unit. It only took 30 minutes. So impressed.

A few months ago, I had an issue with the opener of my garage door. The technician arrived on-time and found a simple solution to my problem. While he was here, I inquired about lubrication which brought on further discussion about springs etc. In the end I approved new springs and roller hardware, in addition to the lubrication. Two days ago, my door lowered into the back of my truck where it wedged. This caused the door to become inoperable. The technician arrived today and advised that my opener motor was "dead". After some discussion I decided to proceed with a new Genie opener. I'm very happy with the opener and the technician's ability to discussed details of operation and maintenance. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I had excellent service about 8 years ago with Joe Thomason and so I called Precision with my new problem. Your technician, Anthony Storino, called me that he was arriving in about 30 minutes and arrived on time. After we discussed the job and I received the estimate, he went right to work with no wasted movements that I could see. He did a first-class job on the repair. He was finished in a couple of hours, much sooner than I had expected. Everything worked perfectly. He gave me a suggestion for the correct lubrication for the door. I will certainly call Precision if I need more garage door work.

Awesome job!! Door wouldn’t close and a roller fell out when trying to lower manually. The technician was early, went right to work and figured out the cable had failed. He replaced it, worked to put the roller back and reset the door and it now works perfectly!! Second time I have used Precision and would highly recommend their professionalism and how quick they scheduled the job and same day fix.
