My experiences with Precision Doors has been wonderful. Staff are friendly, courteous, on time, and knowledgeable. They sincerely care about their performance with whatever job they are performing. They do things the right way. Precision has fixed problem garage doors for me, both sold me and installed new garage doors and garage opening units, and trouble shot other mechanical issues for me. Thank you for being so professional. My technician was James. He called when he was on his way, and arrived ahead of schedule:) I got to work on time:) He reprogrammed my car remote and made sure everything was working before he left. He also checked both doors, and made sure what he ordered for my door repair was correct, and necessary.

My garage door cracked in the middle and I couldn’t close it. Precision sent someone right out and he got the door closed and ordered a new door. When it came in the guys installed it and it looks great and works fine.

Saturday before Easter and my garage doors were acting like they had a little demon lol. Kept going up and down all by themselves randomly. So thankful that 1) you guys were open, and 2) that Alex could get here quickly and fixed the problem easily. Always fun to learn that the builder didn't use someone who was knowledgeable for install but we live and learn. Thank you Alex for finding the issue and fixing it!

I called in the morning to see if I could get my garage door opener replaced. Trent, the technician, arrived that afternoon at 1:00 and had the installation done by 2:30. We had purchased the belt drive opener from Precision a couple of years ago when our old unit started acting up and have been so pleased with how efficient and quiet it operates. Today I went to open door and one of the original hinges holding the panels of door together had broken This was just a few hours before I had to be at work and once again Precision cane thru for us with a same day appointment and fix We are so pleased to know about and tell others about a local company that treats people right. They have been helpful and professional, I would recommend them to anyone.

The guy was great, he called me to let me know he was on his way, he looked over everything to see what I needed. He didn’t try to force anyone on me. So I had to get a new spring and cable. He installed it and came and got me and showed me that everything is working great now, so for now on I will be using Precision for now on. Thank you for the service.

Joe was awesome! He helped me replace the light I couldn't reach in the garage...and even when he saw what he was working with, he didn't shy away. I had recently had problems with other contractors from another compan with another job I had, and he more than made up for it. Renewed my faith. He made sure my garage door was working and did it in record time. I will definitely use them again...and hopefully get to work with Joe!

We normally used another garage door company but the problem occurred on a Saturday anf they didn't work on Saturday. I called Precision and they came out that day. We had to have a strut put on the door and added new rollers as these were 20 years old. Trent was excellent, very professional and courteous. I will use Precision Garage Door from now on.
