A wonderful company that cares about service. They were courteous, on time and very thoughtful. I especially liked the phone and text confirmation along with the employees name and picture, who by the way was very knowledgeable and professional. I would very highly recommend them again, even to my sweet little old grey haired Italian grandmother.... if she was still with us.

I called for a garage door opener repair and was thinking in the line of getting the entire door replaced. The service I received from the first phone call, very professional lady who scheduled my technician to the technician Jerry, who was exactly on time and replaced by aged door opener. I discussed getting the entire door replaced and after being shown my options, I decided to go with getting a new door. I am very happy with my decision, this company seems to be really top notch! Called late in the day and was pleasantly surprised to get a real person. Was told that a technician would come between 9-11 am the next morning. Jerry called shortly after 9 and was at the house within 25 minutes. He analyzed the situation, described the repair, and gave me some options. I chose to change to a different type spring and also to replace the opener. All work was completed professionally and quickly. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the products and the service. I will recommend Precision to my friends and they will be my first call in the future.
