The technician did not plug the motor into a different outlet to test the unit and said he had no way to test it. I had a new unit put in and it was not the problem as it was the electricity shorted out the outlet. I paid $533 for a new unit that I didn’t need!!!

Joe was fantastic! Although the repair ended up costing me about three times what I was hoping, Joe’s explanation of why and how parts should be replaced made complete sense to me. Yes it helped that I have a handle on how things work (I did handyman work and ran my own landscaping company for decades), but Joe knows his stuff! His work was clean and timely. Quite the professional and a very friendly man!

After 25 years of service, our garage door spring failed - on a Saturday around 1 in the afternoon. Our door was broken on 1 side Joe and his helper came out they redone our doors we couldn't just wait on ordering new ones and put new springs rollers etc.back in may of this year the tension was off again on left side so he came back out for us and adjusted it thank you Joe and precision for your help.

Our new insulated steel doors and openers have added a lot of value and aesthetics to our home. Our home was older and parts were no longer available to fix one of the doors.
