I realized my garage door opener wasn't working about 10:30 in the morning. I called Precision because they were well rated, and had made an appointment for that day between 3-5 by 11:00. The technician, Jerry, arrived about 2:50, diagnosed the problem, gave me my options, and then completed the work and cleaned up everything before 4:00.

Great experience with Precision fixing my garage door and upgrading several of the worn and under-spec. components. Very convenient and easy to set up an appointment, and they were super fast to respond with a same-day appointment. Joe did a great job fixing the door hardware and adjusting the door's overall operation. He was very professional and thorough. Would not hesitate to use Precision again.

The technician was fully knowledgeable of the defect with the garage door and was able to repair it. Completely honest about the condition of the garage door. you were my 2nd call after another vendor really messed things up & stuck it to me. Jerry was personable and knew his stuff on garage doors! he was very honest as we had several issues. he walked me through all the options. decided on a lower cost option that may not last long term. if and when i need a new garage door you'll be the first ones i call and request jerry back! great service!
