I called on Saturday morning for an appointment to fix my door opener. Joe from Precision Door was at my house and had it fixed by 6:00 pm same day. Called Precision after knocking our garage door off track when backing out. Jerry with Precision was at our house within a couple of hours and had our garage door fixed in no time! We were completely satisfied with Precision's garage door repair. We had to have new remotes, springs, and rollers- Robert was GREAT - very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly, and gave us some great tips. We called on Memorial Day and they still provided same day service (at no extra charge), came at the time they said they would, and did a great job. Hard to imagine better service.
