We were extremely satisfied with the service call. We planned on just repairing one of three garage doors. After speaking with Joe, we were comfortable enough with his expertise that we ordered three new garage doors. Joe was knowledgeable, patient, and very personable. I found out that I had more issues than a broken torsion spring and why my old spring lasted only 4+ years. Jerry was very knowledge and explained everything in laymen terms. I ended up replacing more than just the spring but my 20 year old door is now practically brand new and will not have to worry about future repairs for a long time. The price was reasonable and I am very satisfied with the work done by Precision...Thanks!
