I called for a garage door opener repair and was thinking in the line of getting the entire door replaced. The service I received from the first phone call, very professional lady who scheduled my technician to the technician Jerry, who was exactly on time and replaced by aged door opener. I discussed getting the entire door replaced and after being shown my options, I decided to go with getting a new door. I am very happy with my decision, this company seems to be really top notch! Called late in the day and was pleasantly surprised to get a real person. Was told that a technician would come between 9-11 am the next morning. Jerry called shortly after 9 and was at the house within 25 minutes. He analyzed the situation, described the repair, and gave me some options. I chose to change to a different type spring and also to replace the opener. All work was completed professionally and quickly. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the products and the service. I will recommend Precision to my friends and they will be my first call in the future.

This company replaced our cheap, loud, slow garage door openers. They've had perfect customer service, with well spoken and knowledgeable workmen. I will definitely only use this group for any garage door needs! Connor was our service guy today. I appreciated that he called to confirm as he was in his way and arrived on time. He was wonderful to work with and super nice to my kids who were interested in the process!

Conner was excellent. He called when he was about 30 minutes out. Was very professional and open with his recommendations. Basically replaced a spring and pulley system on 2 doors with 2 torsion systems while refreshing the rollers. Completed the job in just a couple of hours. Like I said, very professional in his performance and attitude. I will recommend Precision to others.
