Service call was easy and very professional. Gave me the options and clearly outlined the positives and negatives. Ultimately decided to buy a new door. Look forward to getting it installed. Absolutely Incredible Service!!! First of all, the scheduling dispatcher was prepared to have someone come out same day. Our schedule wouldn't allow for that but we did schedule a tech (Jerry) to come two days later. I had tried to tackle this on my own, but my knowledge of how much torsion spring was appropriate for my garage door. Jerry had all that in his head. He sized up the door, evaluated the parts I had already purchased and pointed out how my purchased parts were not to be relied upon (foreign manufacture). Jerry was incredibly fast and still had time to educate me about the physics of door operation. He also revealed how the pulleys and cables weren't long for this world. I'm not a "push-over" when it comes selling needless parts. Jerry had all the right answers and the best attitude toward doing right by us. The peace of mind of knowing our home is protected and the work is guaranteed by such professional workmanship, is "currency" not easily redeemed in other marketplaces. Kudos!!! Your services are highly recommended from this satisfied customer.

I called one day and Joe was at my house the very next day. He was very nice and knowledgeable about everything I needed. He installed two new garage door openers and also provided remote openers for other garage doors at another location. This was all done in a very timely manner and professional. I would absolutely use Precision again and recommend them to my friends.

Precision Garage Doors came to the house for a warranty call for First American Home Buyers Protection Plan, (Home Warranty). Jerry did try to repair the unit, determined it was not repairable, and replaced it, on the spot. Thank you guys very much.

We had a broken spring on our 40 year old garage door. We selected Precision because of their descriptive ad in the yellow pages, and the senior discount. The service technician showed up on time, quickly evaluated the issues with the door and made a recommendation. He had all the tools, equipment and parts to do the job and the door was completely overhauled and upgraded in about an hour and a half and in a very professional manner. We highly recommend Precision Door Service.
