The technician was able to get to my house earlier than expected and he did a great job. This man was extremely professional and knew his business. He diagnosed the problems with the spring assembly and the door as well as the opener and fixed everything in under an hour. The door now works better and quieter than it ever did. My brother recommended Precision when the springs on my garage door broke. Jerry came out to my house around 8:15 pm, Thursday night. The garage door would not always close completely and its movements sounded tormenting, like that would be its last lift. Jerry and I discussed the age of the door and how best to repair. I chose to have him replace all the moving parts... now opening and closing the door is much quieter and efficient. Jerry completed his work in about and hour and headed to his home. Thank you Jerry. Very pleased with the presentation of what Precision could do for my door problem and the carrying out of the work.

Dio arrived before his appointment was scheduled and worked on my door fast and did excellent work. He pointed out problems that may arrise later and suggested a repair kit. I called expecting to wait a couple of days or weeks to have service but I was pleasantly surprised to have same day service. Jerry was very nice and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The garage door is over 6 years old so all the moving parts were replaced with new ones. Took Jerry about 45 minutes to do everything. Really liked knowing who the representative would be and the picture insured our comfort level when he arrived. Our service person was a craftsman and very thorough.
