We had a broken spring on our 40 year old garage door. We selected Precision because of their descriptive ad in the yellow pages, and the senior discount. The service technician showed up on time, quickly evaluated the issues with the door and made a recommendation. He had all the tools, equipment and parts to do the job and the door was completely overhauled and upgraded in about an hour and a half and in a very professional manner. We highly recommend Precision Door Service.

On Thanksgiving Day my garage door wouldn't close. The following day I called 2 other places I found on the internet before I called Precision and either no one answered the phone, or I was switched around too much and got frustrated. The technician was very nice. But what I appreciate most is that within 2 hours of me placing the call to Precision the technician was at my home and my door was repaired. I am extremely grateful for the customer service and the quick response. I will use Precision again in the future.

I am always hesitant and reluctant to have contractors doing work on our home. I guess because we have had problems in the past with different companies, but Jerry and Joe were great. They called when they said they would, they came when they said they would come, and they were professional. We have not had any problems with the door and my husband and I both agree that the door has made a big difference in the temperature in the garage. The next thing is to purchase a new garage door opener. The only suggestion I have is that the clean up should include picking up nuts and bolts from the old door that have fallen to the ground. We picked up several which could have caused problems with our tires when pulling in or out of the garage. I'm not trying to be picky because the service was good and I was very impressed with the technicians and the installation of the new door.

The whole project involved adding an exterior wall, framing in a door, and putting up a 2-car garage door. The technicians were incredibly professional and speedy, and their finished product was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone!

I found Precision online and seen that they were rated 5 stars so I decided to give them a call. One of the springs on my garage broke. Jerry (the Technician)knew exactly what happened to cause the spring to break and explained it to me. He quickly made the repairs. Thanks for a job well done.

We found out about Precision on Angie's List. It was a Big Deal for a garage door inspection and roller replacement. Jerry came out and inspected the door and informed us that the spring was on its last leg. Our opener was also very loud - it shook the room above it. Jerry inspected it and said there was really not much that could be done to quiet it down. Jerry answered all of my questions - he never pressured me to do anything. I had him replace the spring and also install a new opener. He was very professional and did the work very quickly. Precision has a great warranty on their service and products. I would use them again with no hesitation.

After the repair was done I didn't realize how noisy our garage door was before but it is sooooo nice and quite and sooo smooth now!!!!! I looked on the Internet for garage doors Precision was the first one that came up and what caught my eye was it was professionally advertised and the 24/7. Although We ended up waiting till the next day to have them come out I was thinking I was going to have to have them come out the night it happened. Jerry was very professional, and great at meeting our needs!!! We have a 2 car garage but one door and for the size it is, it really needed more struts and springs than just the 1 strut and 1 spring. Also added some rollers since ours probably would be going out soon! Hopefully we won't be needing them anytime soon but if we do we definitely will be calling him back!! Thx again, Jerry at precision!!!

When I called for service, a technician arrived within a couple of hours. Jerry was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained the problem and replaced my garage door lift system and rollers in about 30 minutes. He also explained the warranty and even told me about a Facebook coupon that I could use to save $30. Great experience and I will definitely use and recommend Precision in the future.

Had great experience with Precision. Came out same day as call and realized needed new doors as old ones were cracked in middle. Technicians really knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. New doors are insulated and such an improvement in quality! Professional company--color me happy.
