I found out that I had more issues than a broken torsion spring and why my old spring lasted only 4+ years. Jerry was very knowledge and explained everything in laymen terms. I ended up replacing more than just the spring but my 20 year old door is now practically brand new and will not have to worry about future repairs for a long time.
