My garage door would not lower, service person came right away and got the door closed and told me that I needed a new motor, but he did not push changing the motor that day. I will definitely call them back when it needs changing out. The door that I own, they do not make it anymore so there are no parts for it.

Garage door spring broke at 9 pm last night, called them and the technician (Jerry B.) was here the next afternoon on schedule. Took him about 45 minutes to replace the door springs, bearings, and all the rollers. We are extremely pleased with the fast service and repair.

We had a broken spring on our garage door and Joe came out this afternoon to repair. He quickly replaced the springs and did a complete overhaul on our existing door. Joe is a courteous and professional technician and we couldn't be more pleased.

On returning from a trip we found our garage door would not stay down but would 'bounce' back up. I called on Sunday, your man arrived (early!) on Monday afternoon and, as we suspected, found it had been thrown off by a power failure.The price for the call was very reasonable and it took only a few minutes for him to fix the problem but it would have been nice if he had just done a quick lubrication, especially as he was advising that the rollers and joints were old and worn, causing squeaking and liable to cause failure in the not too distant future. Aside from that I was very pleased with the prompt service

Called on a Wednesday morning and had an appt same day! The guy was very knowledgeable and very fast at his job! Would recommend this place again!
