I called for a garage door opener repair and was thinking in the line of getting the entire door replaced. The service I received from the first phone call, very professional lady who scheduled my technician to the technician Jerry, who was exactly on time and replaced by aged door opener. Called late in the day and was pleasantly surprised to get a real person. Was told that a technician would come between 9-11 am the next morning. Jerry called shortly after 9 and was at the house within 25 minutes. He analyzed the situation, described the repair, and gave me some options. I chose to change to a different type spring and also to replace the opener. All work was completed professionally and quickly. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the products and the service. I will recommend Precision to my friends and they will be my first call in the future.

Conner was excellent. He called when he was about 30 minutes out. Was very professional and open with his recommendations. Basically replaced a spring and pulley system on 2 doors with 2 torsion systems while refreshing the rollers. Completed the job in just a couple of hours. Like I said, very professional in his performance and attitude. I will recommend Precision to others.
