I requested a heads up call before the tech arrived. The tech did just that so I could be home to meet him. Jerry was the tech that gave me the evaluation. He was on time, very helpful and knowledgeable. Emailed me the quote for us to review. He was very professional.

I choose Precision from the ad in the yellow pages - liked that it was a family owned business. I was pleased with the friendliness of the office staff when I called with the problem on an old garage door. Appreciated the email I received confirming the appointment (same day service) and the info on the technician coming to the house. Jerry was most pleasant and very professional in explaining the problem and giving me options as to how to handle it. At this time I am not sure what avenue I will take, but I will certainly call Precision again and will highly recommend them to friends.

Garage door repair: called in morning to place service call, technician out same afternoon. Appt. Was made for 2-4 pm, he actually arrived shortly after one. Problem was immediately identified and parts replaced. The technician, Jerry, was polite, courteous & very knowledgeable. Precision is very dependable and the only company we use for our garage door needs.

The salesman & installation guys were very professional. They were actually able to come earlier than our appointment was scheduled, so they were able to finish the job earlier than expected. Jerry came today to give us an estimate on a new garage door. He was my first quote. When he saw the bind my garage door was in he said I'm not leaving that door like that it's way too dangerous for your husband to work on. It had come down on my car for some strange reason. Jerry was amazing!!! In 15 minutes he got it out of the bind so now its not an accident waiting to happen. I really appreciate him very much. His concern was our safety. He was very informative about new door and very professional unlike the other two companies that showed up later in the day. Thanks so much for having quality people on your staff. This quality is rare now a days.

This is how business is supposed to be done!!! From the people on the phone to the Tech who performed the repairs, excellent service!! The person on the phone listened to me attentively and answered all my questions. I called around 11 am and the repair was scheduled the same day. The Technician explained the items in need of repair and gave recommendations without the sales pitch!!! The repairs were made very quickly and with quality. The payment process was done on the spot with a debit cared, very convenient!! The Tech then explained my garage door system, how it worked and some more recommendations. There is no doubt that we will be calling Precision for our garage door needs in the future!!!
