After the initial inspection it was determined that the doors themselves were in good condition, but other parts needed to be replaced. After a quick review of the estimated cost a decision was made to go ahead and do the repair work. The job was able to be handled on the spot and was completed within 2 hours. The technician knew exactly what he was doing and went above and beyond what was requested to get the job done.

The reason I chose Precision is your advert of 24/7 hours service, which turned out not to be true. I called late afternoon (it was still light out), but was told no one could come until the following day. I could not get my door to stay closed and had to ask an elderly neighbor to close it manually for me. The mechanic, Joe, was extremely nice and competent. It would have been a 5-star recommendation if not for your failure of service as advertised.

I called these guys at 6:20pm on a Tuesday night and they were at my house by 7pm. I had originally only wanted to replace one spring, but was convinced I need two new springs and cable pulleys. I may have them replace the wheels on my garage in a few years. The job seemed like it took them just under an hour to complete if that.

Not being able to predict when one will encounter a problem, I appreciate that you offer service 24/7, with no extra charge on weekends. Your staff at the call center was very pleasant, and I received a prompt email after scheduling service call. I was pleasantly surprised to see the name of the service individual, along with a picture, and a link to inform me about him. Joe T. was prompt, and arrived within the expected time. He was very knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. The solution he suggested to remedy our problem was the right one. We were able to retain the garage door, and give it a new life with a new torsion spring, enclosed ball bearings, cables, etc. Some additional finish work that had been neglected when our door was installed (by another company) was done. All along the way Joe was informing my husband as to what repair he was doing. After the service call, our door was quieter when opening and closing than I can ever recall. Every detail of our invoice was explained, as well as our warranty. My husband and I could not have asked for a more professional, personable, well qualified person. Thank you Joe.

I contacted the company after 12PM one day, he got to the house around 2:30. Jerry was very good, he had to replace a part and had to re-program the opener. Didn't take him long. I would use this company again.

My brother recommended Precision when the springs on my garage door broke. Jerry came out to my house around 8:15 pm, Thursday night. The garage door would not always close completely and its movements sounded tormenting, like that would be its last lift. Jerry and I discussed the age of the door and how best to repair. I chose to have him replace all the moving parts... now opening and closing the door is much quieter and efficient. Jerry completed his work in about and hour and headed to his home. Thank you Jerry. Very pleased with the presentation of what Precision could do for my door problem and the carrying out of the work.
