Excellent service. Joe was outstanding. He explained clearly what needed to be done, and showed me how it would keep my problems from continuing with the door and opener. He was absolutely correct. So glad he was the person who came to my home. The complete overhaul was needed. He understood my home warranty, what they covered and what I would pay for. He was correct even on that. The new track, rollers, seal, springs and other parts made a huge difference. My door is very quiet and smooth as silk. Wow! What a difference!

Our garage door spring broke on Thanksgiving night. I called around 10:45 A.M. on Friday and was informed that someone would arrive between 3:00-5:00. I received a call from Joe, a technician, and was told he would be here at 4:00 and he was. Joe was very friendly and knowledgable. He completed the job and took care of our broken spring problem.

Absolutely beautiful garage doors installed. Installer was on time, came in, finished in one day. And left NO mess when done. My husband did his homework, before accepting Precision's estimate. He couldn't have installed 2 triple insulated doors, one with remote opener, one manual (by our choice) any cheaper by doing this himself. Best part: he came home from work, pow: garage doors done!

After calling a competitor that told me it would be a week before they could send a technician, I called Precision. Jerry arrived within two hours. Not only did he diagnose and fixed the problem in about fifteen minutes, he thoroughly inspected the door, pointed out some potential issues and provided ideas should we have any future problems. On October 20th, our garage door suddenly stopped working. I called several repair companies and thank God, I decided to use Precision Door Service. I got a same day response to my call. Ben Wilbur came to our rescue. What a nice and professional man. I figured he would have to order the parts and we would have to wait a few days....NOPE. He arrived at our house at 5:00 and bless his heart he worked until about 8:30 installing and showing us how to operate our new system. I can not speak highly enough about this man. The wrong door was ordered and we had waited almost 3 weeks before it arrived to be installed today. In addition, our installation time window was 1 to 6 pm, but the installers did not arrive until 4:30. Now a new door has to be ordered, but it was after hours so we could not get an estimated lead time. I certainly hope a rush is put on and we don't have to wait another 3 weeks. The technicians have been courteous, but we are extremely unsatisfied at this point.

Could not believe I was able to get a repairman out on such a cold night after office hours, but to my amazement my service man was able to install new hardware and springs and a new opener, all so I could have peace of mind and not worry about the cold weather's adverse affect on my home. Jerry called and arrived earlier than appointment time. Discussed thoroughly the options. Went with his recommendations. Install was done rather quickly and cleanup was thorough. It's a pleasure to watch someone who knows what they are doing, although it probably would have gone faster if I wasn't there talking to him. Very professional service done in an extraordinary time frame.

I give Precision Door a 5 Star Rating. Joe arrived on time on Saturday morning. He was cheerful and after examining the door mechanism explained the problems - broken spring, frayed cable, worn pulleys, worn roller bearings and poorly supported pully brackets. The door was heavy (single door / 2 car garage) and when he was not pleased with the balance using the same size original springs he had installed, he installed two heavier springs. He also adjusted the safety light showing me how to adjust it in the future if the door again would not close when activated by the remote. When Joe left, the door worked perfect and I felt as if I had made a new friend. I could not be more satisfied with the service. ~ Arthur Turner - Chattanooga, TN
