We saw your ad in a recent Knoxville Clipper magazine. We recently moved to the area. We proactively contacted your company when we learned it is a good idea to service garage door openers to prolong their life. Trevor Perry was the technician assigned to our work order. Trevor represented Precision Door Service in all ways deserving of a 5-Star rating. He sold us an upgrade to our current garage door opener mechanism (not a new door or new motor), he provided an estimate, he professionally installed the product, reprogrammed the opener motor-all along the way he was patient as we peppered him with quesions and instructed us on how to maintain our system on an annual basis. The Precision system we bought upgrading our current builders grade garage door opener mechandism (rollers, springs, cables, and brackets) was not cheap but with the 5-year warranty, I am confident we are good to go for many years to come. Patti, your office assistant also represented the company with great professionalism as well. Thank you Precision Garage Door.

Our garage door malfunctioned, so I needed service pretty quickly. I called Precision Garage Door Service at 8:05 am and had a technician at my door at 9:30......talk about quick service!!!! Anthony was beyond outstanding. He immediately recognized the problem and showed me the spring had broken in two places. He fully assessed the 21 year old double garage door and gave me 3 service options, clearly explaining the benefits of each. He got to work, got everything done quickly, and the door runs smooth as new. Anthony was very courteous, personable, professional, and competent. Super happy with Anthony and Precision.
