If I could add a plus to those stars I would. When my garage door wouldn't open all the way, I thought about asking a friend to check it. Something just guided me to look for a professional. I found a site that would contact me in 24 hrs. In the meantime, my car is stuck in the garage. Then I found Precision! Thank goodness! The website was impressive, I was able to chat with them, and they could send someone out TODAY!!! They sent Trevor. He was so professional, immediately explained everything to me and assured me he could fix it today! He took less than an hour, did more than was necessary (changed bulbs for me) and had my door working beautifully again. He explained that the screws that were placed in the Lifter?? were too small and that the door could have fallen because the screws were coming out of the wood! Imagine what that would have cost when the door fell on my car and my side by side! Thank you Trevor and thank you Precision! I hope I have the opportunity to recommend you to my friends!

Precision sent out Scott the same day as my call. He spent four hours basically refurbing our door…springs, cables, bearings, rollers, a couple of hinges, a strake and adjustments to the door and opener. Now as good as new. Outstanding work by a super guy…knowledgable and polite. Thanks, Scott!

I had an issue with my garage door the day prior which all of a sudden works l made a loud noise and then would only open a foot. I attempted to tighten the cords that appeared to be lose and that still didn't resolve the problem. I messaged Precision that day and they sent someone the next day. Anthony was very helpful notified me that the spring has snapped. After inspection, he also noticed some other issues with whoever originally installed the door. He explained my options and performed the work within a couple hours. Door works great and is much quieter now. Thanks!

I had contacted Precision on Monday for a non urgent lower door seal replacement and the response exceeded expectations. The next day Scott, the technician, arrived at the promised time and all repairs were completed by early afternoon. In addition to being very knowledgeable Scott was professional, courteous and personable. Since it had been sometime since my door had been serviced and some components were approaching 20 years, he pointed out several areas where I had potential for additional problems. I elected to have repairs and replacements made as well on those items and I am very pleased with the resulting work.

My garage door was not opening or closing properly. Your service tech Peyton was very knowledgeable and polite and efficient. After installing a new opener and various other parts the door now works perfectly and is much more quiet than before the repair work.
