Our garage door only opened about 12 inches. I noticed the spring was broken and one of the cables was disconnected. The company that installed the system 12 years ago was no longer in operation. I googled companies near me and selected Precision. From the first phone contact to the end of the installation I was pleased with the interaction with office staff, prompt scheduling, and professional workmanship by JP.

Precision was open on Saturday and we had a pressing issue/ possible safety issue and needed someone sooner than waiting until the following Monday.
