I just had a new garage door opener replaced this morning. Matt was actually a few minutes early, knew exactly what the problem was, gave me an estimate. He had the motor on his truck. was 90 minutes total from the time he showed up till he was completed. Very well satisfied glad I chose Precision to take care of my repair, will definitely call them if I ever have another problem, and will recommend Matt and the rest of the team. Came home from the Post Office and my garage door isn't working! Called Precision Garage Doors and within 40 minutes Tony was at my door. Another hour and my problem was solved. And he replaced the spring, checked out the door to make sure all was in tip top shape. I've had things repaired before, but I have never had such stellar service from anyone! Call them. You will not be disappointed!

Shawn York was our tech today. He was on time, super friendly, informative, and advised us on the proper replacement for our garage door. We were hoping for just a repair but learned it would be better to replace an old system that wasn’t transmitting properly anymore. Shawn gave us options and was able to replace it (not the door) immediately. We are up to date with a reliable system! Thank you!

Great experience with Precision Door today from my first contact over the phone to cleanup after the service was complete. Anthony arrived about an hour after my call and was thorough and knowledgeable. He corrected a couple of things which hadn’t been done properly at initial installation 11 years ago which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Both of our garage door openers stopped working. Matt called me to let me know that he was on his way which I appreciated. He was on time. Matt was able to troubleshoot the problem and determine the issue and have me up and running in about a half an hour. Great job Matt!!

Our door stopped working late Sunday night. I was able to book and appointment online for the next day. I then needed to change the time of the appointment and I got a live person at nearly 10 pm on a Sunday. I then got confirmation of appointment right away. They also sent pictures of their tech ahead of time, so you know what the person would look like that came to our home.. We have used them several times over years and they are exceptional! Al Henry
