Both of our garage door openers stopped working. Matt called me to let me know that he was on his way which I appreciated. He was on time. Matt was able to troubleshoot the problem and determine the issue and have me up and running in about a half an hour. Great job Matt!!

I contacted Precision last evening and they were able to send someone out today. Shawn York arrived right on time, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable! Our door stopped working late Sunday night. I was able to book and appointment online for the next day. I then needed to change the time of the appointment and I got a live person at nearly 10 pm on a Sunday. I then got confirmation of appointment right away. They also sent pictures of their tech ahead of time, so you know what the person would look like that came to our home.. We have used them several times over years and they are exceptional! Al Henry
