I had my garage door worked on today by Precision. They installed my door over 10 years ago. My spring broke on Sunday, and they were there on Monday. About a year ago I needed a newer garage door opener and I called Precision for that as well. Anthony was my technician both times. He is excellent. Repair man (Matt) was very professional was on spot of time frame called ahead of arrival. The garage door was taking care of in a matter of a few minutes; problem was noticed as soon as he entered the garage. Reset the door settings and used proper lubricant to help in the matter.
