I have had trouble getting other companies to respond to online and phone calls requesting a quote for a new garage door. J.P. showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the process and equipment required. He provided a timely quote that will allow us to make arrangements for the work to be completed.

Great experience. I called at 8am and the technician was here shortly after 10. A company I called earlier said the best they could do was come in 3 days, having only 1 car this was ridiculous. Preston Stockton was professional and very knowledgeable about the repair. I will definitely recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service to anyone who is in need of garage door repair.

I just want to tell Precision Overhead Garage Door Service how much I appreciate the service that I received yesterday.I had actually just got on the interstate for a short trip when my 95 year old mother in law called me and said her garage door wouldn't open and she had her groceries in the trunk.I turned around and after inspecting the door one of the springs had broken.After calling a few companies Precision told me they could fix the door the same day(which they did).That was a big relief for me and my 95 year old mother in law because she still has to have a nice warm car in her garage so she can make her weekly hair appointment,buy her groceries, and take all the cakes,pies,pastries,and coffee to church every Sunday morning!The other companies that I called said they could probably get there within a day or two.I will never shop garage door service any more.I would highly recommend to anyone that needs repair or replacement of garage doors to give Precision a chance,I'm sure glad that I did!They are a family owned business that takes pride in their work and stands behind it with a 2 year warranty.Thanks again to Chuck Gatlin,Thomas,and my technician Tony Parson....great job!

This was my second experience with Precision Door. The first was in February, when I needed a new spring for the roller door. Then last week the wall-mounted opener quick working. Both times, the technicians were timely, friendly and professional. They explained the repairs needed and how much they would cost, and they did the work quickly and well. I highly recommend Precision Door for fast, efficient service!

Quality, Accuracy, High Standards, With Care; in other words Precision Garage Door Service (PGDS). I used another garage door company for 35 years until my friend, Bill P. recommend PGDS. Madison, who answered my call at PGDS was delightful! She patiently worked to schedule a service call to accommodate my hectic schedule. PGDS technician, Derek Haynie, was dispatched to my home. Derek arrived timely and professional in a PGDS uniform/van. Derek quickly identified the garage door problem while explaining the cause and solution. I was very pleased with the very reasonable repair cost. Derek is a very personable young man and a pleasure to have worked on my property! He was especially kind to my 89 year old mother. I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony and he explained in detail all the steps to be taken for me to purchase a new garage door and installation. I presently have to pull my garage door down by hand because of broken hinges. My garage door is approximately 40 years old. Anthony is putting a rush on my order. My garage door opener stopped working without warning. Anthony from Precision came out to look at it and determined the motor had burned out. I had purchased the opener a few years prior from Precision, and it had a lifetime warranty. Anthony returned in a couple days and fixed the problem. Precision and Anthony were very professional in assisting me. I have been a customer for a long time, and I would recommend Precision to anyone.

From start to finish, having the garage door spring repaired was a stress- free experience. Was able to schedule an appointment online and Tony P. called 15 minutes before the start of the appointment advising me that he was enroute. He evaluated the problem insuring he was not going to install an under-rated spring for the size of the door and completed the repair in less than 2 hours.
