My garage door broke and I was thankful I could call precision and get on the schedule as soon as possible to help get it fixed. The technician, Anthony was very nice and helpful explaining what was wrong and solutions to get it fixed. Will definitely be using precision for all my garage door needs in the future.

James was very nice and professional. He found the issue with the new garage door opener and adjusted the spring and correctly wired the sensors so the issue no li get existed. Would ask for him again in the future should I need repairs or adjustments.

Excellent service from the lady who took my call to Derek showed up at the time quoted. Had the garage door opener, bearings and springs replaced. It took less than 1-1/2 hours. I would call Precision again for any garage door problems.

I was having trouble closing my garage door and it turned out to be a very simple fix. It took Matt about one minute to figure out that one of my storage shelves had slide over and was partially blocking the sensor. He was quick, efficient and very kind. Will always use them.

Technician (Tommy), was polite, knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions for repair of garage door window(s). Called back within 2 hrs. with price quote for repairs including labor.

We had a problem with the limit switch on our garage door opener. We called late in the afternoon and were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. The technician arrived promptly, even a little bit ahead of appointment and was very professional. Our problem was fixed and we are very pleased. We’ll definitely use precision when we need new garage doors in the next couple of years

I called late in afternoon and made appointment for the next day. The tech on arrival did a complete inspection on the door and advised me of needed repairs. On my approval work was started. The tech had everything he needed on his truck. Repairs were made and tech was paid agreed price without any problems. This is someone I believe does a great job.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate this company and service. From the time that I made the call to schedule a repair for my garage door ( the lady that I spoke to was very courteous and helpful ) to the service tech ( Tony Parson ) service, I am extremely pleased. The main spring broke on the garage door making it not operatable. Tony arrived even before the arrival time window and had all the parts necessary to replace the broken spring. Also, he made me aware of some other items that were showing wear that should be replaced. All moving parts were inspected and corrected where necessary. I recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone in the Chattanooga area. Point of interest.....the previous company that installed the door when the home was new 6 years ago, and I used for maintenance during my ownership of 2 years, did not notice the issues that Tony did. He was knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. Thank you Precision Garage Door Service !!!

Matt, my technician, was prompt, arriving exactly when he communicated he would, and was able to diagnosis the problem with my garage door opener in just minutes.
