Tony was awesome he was very patient explaining what I needed for what I could spend. Tony was very complimentary of his boss and fellow employees. ( that's a plus these days) he made the job go very smoothly and quickly. I was very comfortable and confident with his knowledge. Everyone I have encountered at Precision has been eager to help and listen so they can get what I needed and could pay for . Thank you so much ! Although it took over a week from the first time we called, because you kept canceling, Scott arrived today and was wonderful! He found the problem quickly and expertly fixed it. He was friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated him.

The representative showed up on time and was very professional. He had to reprogram our garage door and check the alignment. Worked perfectly afterwards. If you’re in need of any work on your garage door, I would most definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

I must tell you how grateful I am to Scott H. and Precision Garage Doors! Scott diagnosed and repaired several problems that prevented dangerous accidents from my garage door being installed improperly years ago during a remodel. Thanks to my realtor and customer of PGD for sending Scott my way! Everything is running perfectly! Thank you again for Scott’s knowledge and care. Lisa Buchanan 9-29-2026

I chose Precision to repair my garage doors on the recommendation of a friend. Scott was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. My garage doors now work beautifully and are so quiet I can hardly hear them. The results far exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic service. I called in the morning and service man Scott was at my house an hour later. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable. He gave me a couple of options to fix my very dead garage door motor and faulty spring system. After choosing a fairly complete overhaul, Scott completed the job in less than 3 hours. He had all parts on his truck. He cleaned up and left my property spotless. My new system is so quiet and runs so smoothly. What a difference! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Chattanooga and in particular, Scott Hewens.

Called Precision yesterday and the came out today. The installer, called ahead and was running early and checked to see if I was available, which I was. He arrived, took a look at my 25 year old door opener and diagnosed the issues. He installed a new opener, repaired some door issues and even setup my HomeLink in the car. He was great and informed me of everything he was doing throughout the install. I highly recommend Tony and Precision Garage Doors of Chattanooga.

They did not force me take a packed deal for a complete door and mechanism inspection which I did not need. The operation of the door was fine, all I needed was a gasket for the bottom of the door. They were agreeable to only replacing the gasket without servicing the mechanics of the door which was required by other repairers. They were here in a timely manner, replaced the gasket quickly, acted in a professional manner and were friendly. Thanks

Had a stuck garage door with the chain off the motor sprockets and many other issues. Scott came out same day and was able to rebuild parts of the system. The house and garage door are only 13 months old but now it works better than ever. I can’t say enough good things about Scott and his work.
