We had a torsion spring break on Monday afternoon, I immediately called Precision Door and had an appointment for the next morning. Scott came out and assessed the doors moving parts and recommended a full upgrade because of the age of the door. Scott gave us several options on the repair and was not being pushy or rude. We went with full upgrade and Scott said he would have the work done in about an hour and a half. Less than an hour later he was done plus he lubricated two other doors for me. Scott was kind, courteous, understanding of our situation and a delight to be around. I appreciated the email with Scott’s picture with the arrival time, the phone call, and text messages confirming everything was being handled appropriately. Top notch service ! Scheduled service call, Office Staff Promptly made my appointment, Service Technician Patrick arrived on time, went over my repairs, basically all the door hardware was worn-out. Check for cost we agreed on price, Very Reasonable. Patrick removed and replaced Springs,cables,bracelets rollers,adjusted tracks and motor. Works Like New!!! Thank you Patrick Well Done!!!

Both my experiences with Precision have been excellent and beyond expectations. Scheduling is easy and appointments are made at my convenience and as soon as the same day and rates were very reasonable especially considering the level of service. For this appointment, the technician, Tom, called when on his way and updated me when running only slightly behind. He was so courteous and had a great sense of humor about my situation in general and all of my many questions and was even kind to my little dog. The service was done quickly, and he let me know exactly what the issue was and how to best avoid problems in the future. I will definitely continue to request services from Precision and expect that when I need my next garage door and/or door opener, I will purchase from Precision. Thomas Wright the Technician placed a call to myself to let me know that he would arrive in approximately 35 minutes. He was right on time per his conveyance of his arrival. He introduced himself and went to work immediately and fixed the problem and also gave the door and parts a look over and made future potential problem solving suggestions. I wrote a 5-star review on Google regarding today’s experience with Precision Garage Doors and the technician, Preston Stockton. Every step in the scheduling, notification of service, advance arrival of the technician and the work performed on both of my garage doors were outstanding. Preston arrived on time and after a technical assessment of my garage door hardware condition made valuable, honest and no pressure recommendations. He also found a very worn cable on one of the doors the was a safety issue and could have contributed to significant damage and/or personal injury. Accordingly, I had the cables, springs, bearings and rollers replaced in both doors. I was very impressed with Preston’s technical and professional competence and his friendly, customer-oriented attitude. The repairs to my doors came with a five year parts and labor warranty. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service; outstanding, efficient service and a fair price.

We saw your ad in a recent Knoxville Clipper magazine. We recently moved to the area. We proactively contacted your company when we learned it is a good idea to service garage door openers to prolong their life. Trevor Perry was the technician assigned to our work order. Trevor represented Precision Door Service in all ways deserving of a 5-Star rating. He sold us an upgrade to our current garage door opener mechanism (not a new door or new motor), he provided an estimate, he professionally installed the product, reprogrammed the opener motor-all along the way he was patient as we peppered him with quesions and instructed us on how to maintain our system on an annual basis. The Precision system we bought upgrading our current builders grade garage door opener mechandism (rollers, springs, cables, and brackets) was not cheap but with the 5-year warranty, I am confident we are good to go for many years to come. Patti, your office assistant also represented the company with great professionalism as well. Thank you Precision Garage Door.
