Scott, the tech who came out, was prompt and friendly. He looked at the problem and identified a solution without trying to pressure sell me on addons first. Work was done quickly and everything explained to me, with other items noted and estimates given should I choose to have them done in the future. I’ll likely go with Precision again and recommend them because of Scott’s attitude and professionalism.

For sometime Precision Door has efficiently serviced my 2 Garage Doors. I am providing this input solely on behalf of Scott Hewens. Being 84 years old there are many service experiences to recall but this one ranks at the top. The calm, detail, inclusive approach to his work on a Saturday afternoon, the same day I placed the service call and the way he engaged me in the process is what impressed me. He showed me his findings along with an explanation of my options. He also assisted in my decisions. Finally, the work in every way was that of a professional. Very satisfied customer! Appreciate the help.

Derek H replaced our old Liftmaster garage door opener that got fried by a recent electrical storm. He had a Nice brand opener on his truck that was a perfect replacement. He thoroughly checked out the old unit before replacing it to make sure there wasn't some other electrical issue with our garage electrical circuit, GFI or main electrical panel circuit breaker. He worked very efficiently and had all the right tools for the changeout. Derek was friendly, professional and did not pressure me into making a decision I was not comfortable with. I have used Precision Garage Door Service out of Knoxville, TN before and always been satisfied with the quality of their service work. I highly recommend them. Gary Huss, Maryville, TN

I had Precision Garage Door out recently to replace a broken spring and the bearings on my garage door, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jake was my technician, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what had failed, what needed to be repaired, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. The repair was completed efficiently, the workmanship was excellent, and my garage door now operates better than it has in years. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly takes pride in doing quality work and treating customers with honesty and respect. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, and if you’re fortunate enough to have Jake as your technician, you’ll be in great hands.
