My garage door was not opening or closing properly. Your service tech Peyton was very knowledgeable and polite and efficient. After installing a new opener and various other parts the door now works perfectly and is much more quiet than before the repair work. I have never had a better experience by any other repair service. I called about 9:00AM and Scott was at my door at 9:30AM. He then installed a new operator, rollers, and door seal. Scott had everything he needed on the truck. His work was extremely professional. He didn't mind me watching and allowed me to help installing the door seal. I will always call Precision Garage Door for work on my garage doors.

Observed the problem, recommended replacement of both door openers.He immediately went to work and replaced them in about 3-4 hours. After replacing them he explained in detail all about the operation of the new openers. We were very pleased with the work. The price was like everything else today, too too much. I can't say enough good things about Preston. He was courteous, explained what he was doing and why. Demonstrated the door being out of balance and deficiencies in the door rollers. Fixed the issue caused by a curious chipmunk. I would appreciate if you would send me a replacement invoice which broke out the labor costs from the parts costs.

I had another company out in the morning to work on my door. It is a Hormann and he said the opener needed replacement and suggested a Genie. I declined. I called Precision and they were out in a few hours and determined it was the springs and bearings needed replacement. Thomas, our technician was very knowledgeable and our door is functioning like new. I highly recommend this company.

I had contacted Precision on Monday for a non urgent lower door seal replacement and the response exceeded expectations. The next day Scott, the technician, arrived at the promised time and all repairs were completed by early afternoon. In addition to being very knowledgeable Scott was professional, courteous and personable. Since it had been sometime since my door had been serviced and some components were approaching 20 years, he pointed out several areas where I had potential for additional problems. I elected to have repairs and replacements made as well on those items and I am very pleased with the resulting work.
