It was the garage door service recommended to us when we moved here in 2005. We liked their service then, and have continued to use Precision ever since. Matt was a very competent and reassuring technician who helped us get both our doors repaired. We really appreciated his service.

I selected Precision because you did work on my other garage door 2 years ago which was a very good job. The guy sent to repair this door did a good job in a reasonable amount of time. The door is working great. I was surprised at the cost this time, which was almost twice the cost of fixing the other door 2 years ago. Charles Hughes

My garage door broke this morning and I couldn't get out! My littles were loaded and ready to go to daycare. My grandad came to our rescue and, after manually opening the door to let us out, he called PRECISION. Matt arrived within an hour and made the repairs. Single mother of two would highly recommend Precision's prompt, friendly and excellent service. Thank you Precision!!!

We closed our garage on Friday afternoon to the sound of a large bang. We immediately checked and the springs were broken and along with a cable. Its 5:30 and who to call? My husband remembered your name from a commercial on TV. He looked up the number and called. Yea, someone answered. The lady scheduled us for the next morning from 9-11. What on a Saturday! The technician (Matt C) called us 30 minutes before 9 stating he would be here at 9. Wow, he showed up on time, was informative and got to work. He finished in an hour. We couldn't be more pleased with everyone we talked to. Keep up the great Customer Service that you have. It is a breath of fresh air from most of the businesses we have encountered. We will definitely recommend to friends. Thanks The Sigmons

Matt C. Did an excellent job. I subscribed to the full refurbishment with the 5 year warranty. Matt was very knowledgeable, had all the necessary equipment, and tools. He very courteously explained what he was doing. He did his job very expeditiously. I am very grateful for the service he provided. Your quick response to my problem was also very appreciated.

The service that I received was exceptional. The technician made two trips to my home. First he changed the safety eyes. I still had a problem after he left. He came back after he finished the job that he was on. Discovered it was the motor. I didn't expect him to stay and install a the new motor, he did. Thank you !

I was having issues with two of the three garage doors. The technician was prompt and efficient. He was able to repair both doors and provided new openers for all three doors and programmed them for me. We have used Precision several times before and we have always been pleased with the service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a garage door company.

I have used your company in the past to replace a garage door. I have recommended your company to many people for excellent service and expertise. My experience today was very poor. I called to see about getting up to 3 doors installed on a metal shop building that has 3: 9 ft wide by 8 ft tall swing open doors. I want to replace with a garage roll up door. The young man you sent out was not capable of assessing my door installation. I told him I had a concern on two of the doors (one with tight headroom and one not square on the bottom. He looked in the building and immediately started trying to call for help and could not get an answer for several minutes. He took NO measurement of any kind. He finally got someone to answer and described the one door with a tight headroom problem and told me the door would have to be framed down to 7 ft tall without any measurements. There was no discussion about the other two doors that did not have the same headroom concern. The young man left, and I felt like it was a complete waste of my time, and I will now have to get a different company to send out someone with experience to assess my installation. I am sure the young gentleman is a good employee, but some supervisor/manager is putting him in situations he has not been trained to address.

I just had a new garage door opener replaced this morning. Matt was actually a few minutes early, knew exactly what the problem was, gave me an estimate. He had the motor on his truck. was 90 minutes total from the time he showed up till he was completed. Very well satisfied glad I chose Precision to take care of my repair, will definitely call them if I ever have another problem, and will recommend Matt and the rest of the team.
